I think the agressive sizing is ok for some people with a very though tunica and strong tissue, but it's definetly dangerous for many.

This is not to attack Hakky or other agressive sizers at all, but i think the gain of a cm or two is not worth the risk.

For anyone getting an implant in the future, i personally think you should tell your surgeon to not size you agressively.

I talked to an individual who is suffering from permanent distal lymphedema and he was operated on by Hakky. Isn't Hakky also high volume like Eid/Perito? I like Hakky's videos and his personality. He seems very friendly for sure.

Hey guys, going to add to this as another patient of Dr Hakky.

I’m going back to Atlanta to have a follow up and hoping to see things on an ultrasound. I wish I had taken detailed photos of my penis pre-surgery, because now I’m wishing I had them!

I’m a malleable patient - I’m over two months out but still experiencing pain from clothing and underwear on the right side of my penis. This was improving but seems to have plateaued. There’s a few things that could be lending to this - but erosion is a possibility, so I’m taking it seriously and getting checked by the team ASAP - I’ll let you all know the result on Friday.

In addition - the reason I wish I’d taken photos is because I also feel like my glans looks asymmetric and slightly crooked. This isn’t a super obvious looking crookedness and it’s possible it’s always been there - but I can’t remember pre-surgery if I recall it! Hence wishing I had taken photos. Again, hoping assessment will help either confirm everything is normal or B) help me get in front of potential complications.

I’m also currently dealing with an insurance claim issue for something that was reviewed by my insurance as not necessary for the surgery. At first, I thought this was an issue with the surgery center, but on further review it seems to be related to a biologic that was used during surgery and I don’t recall ever signing anything saying I agreed to it’s usage. I’ll keep everyone in the loop here too - could be a misunderstanding but also could be a potential red flag. Looking to gather all the info first.
