Is there any form of natural erection ?

Is there any form of nocturnal erection when even people with ED will get erections ( that included me before srpe became an issue)

So you know that implants are not resolving your problem yet you’re asking here about that? I don’t get it.

Why do you keep asking the same question about nocturnal erections with implants on and on again but you already received your answer multiple times?

When you have real/severe ED, you usually don’t get nocturnal erections anymore. But this is highly individual. Some get some engorgement to some degree, some don’t.

What is this behavior? Why?

Goldie1, this couldn't be more wrong. Implants have a very low failure rate, and barring that, they absolutely resolve the problem of an insufficient erection for sex. Not only that, they provide complete control over erection quality (hardness) and duration -- far superior to any guy's original equipment. There are tradeoffs yes, but for most guys, implants are an amazing resolution to their ED problems.

Hi all . I’m new here and interested in penile implants . Do you still get natural erections ant night with an implant fitted? Are you capable of getting some type of normal erection without pumping?
I’m asking because I suffer from sleep related painful erections where on a bad night I could be woken every 45 minutes by an intense and painful erection , normal daytime erections are not painful. On srpe discussion sites it’s been suggested that implants would cure this, but some suggest erections can still occur .I would love to get feedback from people with experience mplants

As daddel mentions if you're getting normal daytime erections you should exhaust all other options to address your painful night time erections before going the path of implants. Sounds to me something nerve related.
