Red flags were the main theme of the morning.

Started off with my urologist telling me I would loose an inch or more before we even started talking. I said I'm aware that can happen but based on my research (and I'm playing the long game here) with proper cycling I should gain at least some of that back. He said no that's not correct. First flag.

I tried to explain my success with the VED rehabilitateing my penis over the past few months, Im quite proud of what I've accomplished, he didn't care. Although he did tell me my penis health was excellent, at least that was something. He then did the lamest stretched flaccid imaginable, I almost said WTF was that. The pull was so weak it was like a kitten. No hard ruler just said this is what you will get. I asked him what was his estimate of the cylinders, would not give me an estimate. More flags.

Asked him about what implant he would recommend based on my body type, stretched bone pressed flaccid, my girth. Said any implant would work, really????? Ah...with a 7in bone pressed flaccid (measured dorsal, hard ruler, measurement instructions from this page and the mayo clinic) and a 6+ in girth mid shaft I know what IPP I'm leaning towards. Another flag....

This was the iceing on the cake, told me I would be "functional" and that's all he cared about. My wife just stared at him, she wasn't impressed. Then I asked about his sizeing and glans support. Said he's very "safe" and very cautious because of erosion. Doesn't size into the glans for support, stops before the glans. My wife's expression was priceless lol. Biggest red flag for me, Jesus.....

Guys do you know anyone in Canada(Ontario, Quebec) that can be trusted to do this right. I can't afford to come to the US. No way I'm letting this individual I spoke with today touch me. Ah just feeling so low right now. :?

I totally understand this.
The first guy I got placed in front of was this guy I wouldn't let operate on my cat,.... let alone me.
Listening to him talking to me like I was in a McDonalds drive thru for 30 minutes was off-putting to say the least- and I couldn't wait for the first chance to get up and get the hell out of there.

NEVER assume all Doctors who do this are the same.
This is why myself and anyone who's gone thru the IPP procedure will tell you how critically important your selection of a Doctor is.
If it takes you 5 months and 27 Different Doctors to get to the right one.......DO IT.

You should walk out of that consult feeling impressed and confident in the Doctor you select.
If you have 500 questions....that Doctor should be able to answer all of them.

As for your Doctor telling you cycling doesn't work?
He's full of shit and he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.

Pre surgery I was 6in. EXACTLY

Post surgery I was 5.5 in.

I cycled like a maniac for 90 days and got that 1/2 in. back.

YES, cycling does work.

Good luck on your selection of surgeons.
I don't know anyone in Canada, but I know a few on the West Coast of America.

Let me know if you need their names.

I consulted many urologists and even implanters that claim that you're certain to lose size. They're either bad implanters (I met few of those already) or just trying to lower your expectations. Ignore. Most people on FT gain girth with Titan and CX and length with LGX. I didn't come across many that were unhappy with their Rigicons too.

Most Titan and CX recipients I spoke to and read about here get their post-op length back, some even exceed it a little. If you want length enhancement there is only one implant on the market that would usually allow you to achieve that: LGX. With LGX however you could lose some girth, especially if you're pretty girthy already.

Again there are no guarantees, and who you pick for the implanter is 50% of the game. You must go with a well known high volume implanter. If you don't you're taking your dick into your own hands, and I don't mean for the masturbation purposes. The other 50% from what I understand is divided between your work ethic and pure chance (you could get a lemon, your anatomy might not work well with the implant, etc. Shit happens).

Can you end up losing size? Sure. Unlikely but possible. You'd be doing a surgery man! Every surgery is a chance! Get yourself a good well known implanter, brush off urologists that tell you that you're going to lose size (they just covering their ass or don't know what they're talking about) and you'd be good to go. IMHO.
