I started at 6 inches.

Everybody on here has their reasons for what they do, besides just having a Y chromosome (though that is enough for some). In my case, my wife developed severe pelvic dyssynergia- usually does not affect vaginal sensation but in her case it did. She is improved with pelvic PT, but meanwhile she literally couldn't feel intercourse. I found that the stretch receptors were not affected, so I went this direction. In the very middle of my project, ED hit. I had a choice- I could let it all go, or fight through it. I have one woman to satisfy, and by golly I'm gonna do it... She would say, "you don't have to do that", or, "I don't have to have that"... but I can assure you, I can tell she is glad I have pressed on. She had to grudgingly admit sex is much better- and I can tell she feels that way. I bet some of the married guys on here know what I mean.

So, I'm going to get through this pain, get my size back, then head toward 7.5 inches circumference (my estimate based on degree of laxity) ASAP.

By working it in, I mean starting a fire with sticks. Did it until my muscles cramped. rested a few minutes and did it some more- at least 5 times a day, usually after urinating. I'm not exactly sure how that's going to work with an implant, but I will find a way...
