Nope. I don’t miss the old me. This new me has become the new normal. I don’t even think about it.

And although I have a Titan, my flaccid still seems like a flaccid to me.

I love the "new" flaccid size I have now. I guess due to age and ED, there were days where I thought my dick about to shrink away. Looked like I pulled it out outside when the temp way below freezing. Now, I have an ≈ 5 1/4 inch flaccid (6 1/8 inflated) and I'm quite happy with that flaccid hang. The only downside I've experienced is my glans became super sensitive to movement against my underwear in an irritating way (I'm circumcised), and I've changed to a different brand that fits tighter to minimize the irritation. I'm 9 months out and I hope that irritation will diminish with time. Other than that, nope, I don't miss my pre-op softie!

The sensitivity issue - OUCH! I'm circumcised too, but mostly restored, which is great now, but I'll lose that coverage with the new flaccid size and not sure I'll be able to continue to restore after the implant is in. Whatever, I'll take my chances with that.

Nope. After the first few months it becomes your new normal and you forget how it was before. However I recently had a revision and got and infection twice and then was explanted for 3 months….. so I had my softie back for 3 months!! I hated ever single moment of it! Couldn’t wait to get my semi boner back all the time. I’m 3 weeks and a couple days reimplanted and can’t keep my hands off of it! It’s so great to have my semi back all the time. Just can’t wait to get to start cycling it to see where I get pumped up and actually get to start using it!

NO.
After the prostatectomy my penis was non functioning. I had to sit down to pee and it would go everywhere. Now it's better than before in so so many ways. Do you self a favor. If you have had a prostatectomy and enjoy sex get an implant, it's a life changer, even more so at 70.
