The implant works as well now as in the first year.

The one change is that I've gotten a little longer, maybe a little thicker, since I first started using it.

For the first few years, I inflated almost every day, either for sex, masturbating or while showering. Then, during an annual follow-up appointment with my urologist/surgeon, we talked about implant failures happening more quickly for younger men because they were tending to use the implant more often than older men.

This led me to cut back to inflating 2 or 3 times per week. I still regularly inflate to keep the implant working smoothly, per my doctor's directions. But, I hope, by not inflating so frequently, the implant will last longer.

Congratulations.
Keep in mind that modern implants are built to last for 20+ years according to AI. Multiple research papers and surgeons support that idea. Early failures are outliers.

That will be awesome if my implant lasts until I'm 70!
