Abovedmc,
I am about 9 weeks out and have had four orgasms during intercourse in the past 3 weeks. In other words about half the time. I had lost the ability to have an orgasm before the implant even by masturbation - my penis would not get erect at all, and I simply could not make it happen.
I am hopeful it will improve even more.

Re: An Honest Post About my Journey
I still think I am not able to climax with intercourse because of my wife's health issues and my being afraid I will hurt her (she has a LOT of problems). I can make her climax with my increased girth and hardness, and I have come close to climax when I made her climax twice BUT I am afraid I will hurt he so I stop because i know I can find satisfaction (not as good but relief). Since I can JO and ejaculate (and it is a super feeling and goes for longer than I used to for sure), I am thinking most guys can cum during intercourse. I have heard it could take 6 months or so. Hope things get better for you. If my wife were willing to do other things (like oral) I think I could, but that is not an option either.

Pump up to max before going to bed. Take time with foreplay. Use lots of lube on her and you too. When first entering her vagina, stay only 2 inches in for awhile, and really work that area. Try a different position ...I found that raising one leg and lifting it over you, entering from below is great. One super thing with the implant...you can take your time...your dick is not going limp. Good luck. BTY, I'm 82 and wife is 70 and still a 10. Married 35 years. How often? Every other day.
Best wishes,
Charlie
