Thanks, according to Medscape there may be a flicker of light at the end of this tunnel. Everyone has trouble deflating initially due to trying to locate/operate the tiny release button. Just imagine someone with compromised tactile ability due to MS. wounded warrior issues, etc., attempting this feat. Maybe not impossible, but darn close.

Does the inflateable implant get bigger girth than the malleable semi ridgid implant? Im supposed to be getting the Ams Lgx inflateable soon. I was just wondering if the guys with the Lgx implant increased in length and width over time. Thanks for any info.

Yes, you will get more length and girth with the inflatable assuming you have the dexterity to properly inflate the implant.
