OP, I've had 10 surgeries... 7 inflatables & 1 malleable and MANY revisions. I've had Titans, 700cx and now the 700LGX (I don't remember the model for the malleable). I've learned a lot about sensitivity through all this, and it sounds like your implant is simply too large. I have had better luck with the AMS implants with regards to sensitivity.

For me, if the implant is too tight, it seems to put pressure on the nerves and reduce the sensitivity. YMMV...
