I'm in the medical biz, doc, so sometimes doctors or should I say most will cut thru the nonsense and get things done. I always go with family members if a real serious medical problem, and they will ask me what I want to do. But I thought out this carefully. Option of needles, pumps, or rings, not an option. And continuing pills at an increased dose "not". I told them 5-8 min duration good if you running a mile, but my woman likes marathon runners. Combined with the fact that I don't get erections without the pill. All this was said in less than 15 minutes of discussion in my first appointment. and the 2nd appointment was just "call me, when you say say 'fuck it, let's do it'....." Lol. My first appointment another urologist, said he didn't think I was old enough. But I asked him, you think 5 min sex is good? That's when he referred me to my 2nd appointment with another urologist without any hesitation. So for you Kaiser covered patients, that's my process to date. Not much resistance, told both I tried injection in the doctor's office once and I said hell no. And I said I don't want to carry a pump or put cock rings on.That's how it went down, no pun intended

Good. But there's covered and there's covered. I recommend ascertaining up front how much, if any, copays you'll incur. Although I'm sure that doesn't matter for men like you who are sitting around the pool with your similarly idle rich friends complaining about how hard it is to find good help and quality caviar these days... ;)

Didn't mean too come off as a rich guy, came from a poor family and I paid my own way thru college and thru medical school. Regardless of rich or poor, every man deserves to have a satisfactory sex life. And what luxuries I have, I pay with my own hard work. My dad was servant boy in his country, and didn't have shoes until 10 yo. My grandparents lost all their assets during ww2. Two of my best friends also became doctors and paid their own way thru college and medical school. And we didn't have minority status to get acceptance into med school. I'm sharing my Kaiser experience because there is none here with extended detail. So i recommend you ascertain your own self worth before ascertaining the worth of others

Take it easy, mate. You didn't come off as a rich guy, Watsupp. It was joke. I thought the wink at the end would be a dead giveaway. Sheesh!

Post op day 1, doing well. Woke up at 0700 relatively pain free 2-3/10. Had oral norco 10mg every 6 hrs and 2mg iv morphine every 2 hrs as needed. Received iv ancef,iv gentamycin , and oral Ciprofloxin. Spoke with surgeon, states size preserved. Will see in 4 weeks lol. Pain 6-7/10 after waking up after surgery, but after 2 mg morphine 5-6/10. Ice packs 24hrs. Worse part of pain was removal of catheter 7-8/10 pain. Had my own hospital suite, $15 copay. Waiting to pee then I can go home. Walking around relative comfort.
