When you are deflated, do your cylinders bend or bulge? Or do they stay straight and nice like when they are inflated?

Mine bulge as well although not much and only on the left hand side.

When fully inflated, does your penis still point at 2 o'clock? Mine points a tad below 3 o'clock. Merrix, please keep us informed regarding your progress in bed...

Thanks for replies all of you.
Appreciated.

Strongagain:
First few cyclings it rather was at 1:30.
Now I'd say it is at 2:00 when inflated.
That looks nice of course, but from the beginning I couldn't even stretch it down to 3:00 without pain. Having a 1:30 hardon which doesn't flex will be ruling out a lot of positions for sex...
However, it is now pointing 2:00 and can be stretched down to 3:00 with only minor discomfort. So I'm not worried and hope it stays pointing 2:00...

Eid explained it with following reasons:
1. My cura (internal part of cavernosa) had a favorable angle, pointing more up than normally for a man my age.
2. He did not use any RTE.

I will let you know...

My implant is 22 cm and my rte 3 cm. I wonder why my doc didn't put in a 24 cm implant plus 1 cm rte. Maybe he had no 24 in stock...

At one time the websites for Coroplast and AMS said 24mm were only available by special order. d
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

As far as I know, Titan 24 cm, 26 cm, and 28 cm, is a relatively new product line called Titan XL. They were developed since men with larger penises previously were forced to take smaller cylinders and add RTEs. This had a tendency to make the erection more 'wobbling' than a no-RTE setup. Maybe not all clinics keep the XL line?

I think AMS just recently launched a 24 cm CX model. But only Titan comes in 26 and 28.
AMS further relies more on RTEs since their cylinders come in 12cm, 15cm, 18cm, 21cm, 24cm sizes, while Titans come in 2 cm intervals.
This is what I have read, but no guarantees from my side all info is 100% correct...
