On the left side and low. Guess it is on that side because the reservoir is positioned on left of pubic area.
Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.

Between the testicles but to the left of center next to the left one, about half way from top to bottom of the sac. Can get at it loose or tight but clearly much easier loose

pretty much in the center of the scrotum toward the bottom. Have no trouble accessing the inflation bulb. It takes a little "fishing" to twist the release valve into a position where I can comfortably squeeze it.

Good point, but I suspect if you forget once you won't forget again.
And my pump is located at the upper right side.

Re: Where is your pump located?
My pump is in the lower center of the scrotum. (Titan). The left testicle sits in front of the pump and the right sits behind the pump. Pre surgery, I wondered how the "boys" acommodated a neighbor. I have not had any problems with testicles bumping against the pump. My scrotum does protrude a little more forward, causing me to "dress" further to the left.

Re: Where is your pump located?
Mine is i front of my right testicle. It's not comfortable. I'm just one month out from surgery, so any discomfort I have is probably temporary.
Over the years my testicles went from normal size to small, and I don't know why, but with them at their current size, the pump is visible.
I had wanted the pump in the rear, and that's where the doc put it. It migrated to the front about a week after surgery, and I wanted to move it back, but I didn't know if it was safe to do that. I called my surgeon on a Friday, but his nurse acts as a gatekeeper. She just said, "I have to get home before the snow starts.
Don't touch anything." I repeated my question, and she repeated her snow answer. I tried again on Monday, but she shut me down without getting an answer. Same thing on Tuesday.
A week later I was able to find another urologist to talk to about the migration, but by that time it seemed that the scar tissue had formed, and I was stuck with it where it is.
