It's a defective parts warranty only. Not parts and labor...

I've had several devices (parts only) replaced free of charge due to defects/failure, but surgery, meds, and hospital care aren't included. Someone has to pay for that.

I do not know what brand of implant you will require. I do not know if they offer such outside the U.S. but AMS/Boston Scientific does have a patient assistance program that pays co-pays for some and finances others in the continental U.S., though there are restrictions that keep some (me) from qualifying. You might call them and inquire as an option.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Kramer I believe is 20k, considering probably best in world not bad. Eid great surgeon, he's a little more, probably due to NYC. Anyone else doesn't make sense but it's your money :D

In Germany you have to pay something in the region of $ 28k - everything included, even hospital stay up to seven days. You don't need to stay in a hotel, instead you are in hospital in permanent care of doctors and nurses. Way better than staying in a hotel!
