Hi.
I have my semirigid phrostesis 1 month ago. It's a Spectra.
My problem is that it's very soft at the base. I only can point it to the roof or my navel when I'm lying. If I'm standing, it falls and point 30 degrees below horizontal. I think it is much more harder at the middle than at the base.
What do you think? It is normal ?
Sorry for my bad English.

I had a semi rigid Tactra put in sub coronal about 3 weeks ago. I insisted in a semi ridged and still hoping I made the right decision. Mine does stay at 90 degrees when I stand up. My main concern is how I am going to “wear” it. It’s not exactly bend it down- bend it up, like they advertise. I am curious about implants in South America. Is it true semi rigid are the more popular there? Where was your incision? How is your healing?

Hi. I think my surgery was also subcoronal. I have a sewing around the head, where the foreskin connected to the penis. Doc. took my foreskin off. I also have sewings at the middle of the dick on both sides under the skin.

I only had pain the day of the surgery. Before, I only had a very slight pain and and the annoying feeling of having an erection 24x7.Now I still have seam stitches around my head. my doctor said they will get out on their own.

In South America they are popular because the price. USD 8000 for a semi rigid against 20000 for a inflatable. People in SA have less money than people in USA.

I choose a semi rigid thinking I this situation: You are with a new girl , you are doing the foreplay, quit your pants an have to pump your balls. With a semi rigid when you quit your pants ,she only will think that you are so horny.

It sounds like you were:
  1. Circumcised
  2. Degloved
  3. Implanted

This especially if the internal incisions to the tunica aren't in the same area as your circumcision cuts. Degloving involves pulling the skin down to facilitate access to an area beyond the incision point.

Why would they deglove? There is nothing that would accomplish.

I believe he indicates that the incisions in the tunica are further down from the circumcision stitches. That is degloving. Even if they only deglove halfway down or even an inch, that's still what it is. The fact that they did a circumcision, the cut was already there so it just makes sense that they could but the corporotomies *ANYWHERE* along the shaft. Just slide the skin down where they need to cut (it's not attached to the tunica anyway).

Why wouldn’t they do the corporotomies where they cut for the circumcision? If they made the incision by degloving, wouldn’t the stitches be hidden underneath, after skin is pulled back up?

Degloving is simply pulling the outer skin down or up on an appendage from where it normally is to expose internal structures, after which the skin is returned to its normal position and stitched.

If the poster had a circumcision during the operation but his corporotomies are not even with the circumcision stitches, he was degloved to some degree. That's a fact based on the criteria cited above.

Waynetho, yes , that's what I wanted to mean. But I can't tell Crtrader what's the reason the doc. did it this way

I'm interested in putting a semi-rigid Coloplast genesis with a diameter of 13 mm, how much will I lose in girth if now my girth is 4.7 inches? Cavernous tissue is not completely removed, so some sort of girth is maintained at the expense of them.
