Re: Implanted Members: Do you have a soft glans post-implant?
If you can feel the hard tips of your implant about 3/4 under the head of your dick, it may be soft but not floppy. My wife prefers it soft.

4 days out of surgery and semi inflated mine feels normal... it looks and rest like before. I also have sensation as well and I don't mean the soreness.
Re: Implanted Members: Do you have a soft glans post-implant?
I just had my first intercourse yesterday morning and I'm at day 44. I don't really know if my glans engorged or not. It looks pretty normal when I examine it and the cylinders extend about 3/4 of the way into it, so you can definitely feel them in there.
I have a difficult time with orgasm unless I take a certain herbal supplement, but have some increased sensitivity since getting the implant so I thought I'd try intercourse without the herbal.
I banged away pretty hard for a while, unsuccessfully and all day afterward and even this morning, I'm sore in two places, at the deflate valve/tubing where they enter the implant at the base of the penis and I'm sore at the glans. I must have really gone at it.
Looks like I'm going to try experimenting with oral ED aids to find the best and minimal dose to help me achieve orgasm.
I've strayed off topic, but to answer your posting question, my glans is only soft where the implant doesn't go and since the cylinders consume most of the glans, I really can't tell if the rest of it is getting engorged or staying soft.
