I have more sensitivity since getting an implant, but my orgasms are less intense if I'm pumped to the max. I still get them, but they aren't as strong.

I have always had explosive orgasms (even masturbating) but no ejaculate since radiation treatments for prostate cancer in 2009. 
Since getting my implant, some ejaculate has returned. 
I can keep stroking as long as she wants it. My dick goes down when I say so! Implants rock!
