It's a gamble going with a local uro. Are you willing to risk losing an inch of size, possibly more, horrible swelling, grapefruit size scrotum and severe pain? Plus higher risk of infection?
I'd go with Kramer.

I'd go with Kramer.
He said I'd probably lose 0.25".

My local uro, who I really like, said I'd lose and inch. That is why I started researching and ended up at Kramer's.
62 years old. ED for years. High BP and meds have done me in. AMS 700 CX /3.0 cm RTE Implanted by Andrew Kramer on 10/12/16. Involved revision to relocate tubes and pump performed 12/29/16 by Dr. Knoll of Nashville, TN.
Re: Kramer or Friedman
I agree with the other post. I was also implanted by Dr Kramer on 12/07/16, same day as CCRider, and I am well pleased with the results. Mine was a revision of an implant by a well known and respected Houston doctor that turned out less than acceptable. but as stiffupperlip and ccrider said, it's as much art as science and in my opinion Dr Kramer is an artist.

The local guy is actually more expensive, but my insurance covers him more.
