Connie is his right had and I had many emails with her. She was always very prompt and professional. Please hang in there with Kramer's office. What you seem to be experiencing is totally uncharacteristic and there must be a reason, such as Connie being out like he said. I don't think you are being singled our or are hexed. Hang in there.
