Do you feel that "throbbing" sensation that goes with having a pulse down there while erect? I am not sure if that feeling has anything to do with the corposa cavernosum or not.

Here is the thing that I don't understand. I watched a video of the whole procedure. The guy who was getting it done, had a nice size package, so the doctor had a lot to work with. This worries me some, because I'm a grower, not a shower. I am maybe 3 or 4 inches flaccid, and grow to 6" when erect, so does this mean I will have a 3 or 4" erection! Anyways as hard as it was at first, I watched the video. I saw how the doctor made a small incision and inserted the tubes one at a time, and pulled the tube through right up against the head. So to me it looks like the tubes actually go in there with the corposa cavernosum. I thought that the corposa cavernosum would need to be removed to make room for the tubes, but it didn't look like that's what was done. The doctor actually fully inflated it with the pump not yet in the guys nut sack. I must say, it stood up like a flag pole, unbeknownst to the patient who was fast a sleep.

Uh-huh. Choose your surgeon carefully. Really go in-depth with your research. The comments here on FT about Milam were good. It was only after he botched my surgery that I really searched this forum, and found a lot of patients with complaints.

A lot of men are growers and 4" flaccid and 6" erect are normal. After surgery - depending on the brand - you'll probably be closer to 5 or 5/12 flaccid and still 6 when pumped.
