Four paragraphs before the the end of the article, The paragraph starting with

"Our study confirms that patients experience the highest satisfaction in the second half of the first year after surgery, suggesting a learning curve..."

The paragrah immediately above that one is where you should srart reading to get the full effect of my point. But to understand the full impact of the artcle in its focus on the effect implantation has on satisfaction, you must read the whole article, several times, in my opinion.
