This one shows a little more. To everyone worried about size. Something to think about

Excellent graphics! Thanks for sharing them. Would this apply to larger cylinders?

Shown in the below figure is a display of several extra large cylinders (Titan). This figure comes from a scientific presentation by Dr Eid at a medical meeting in Scottsdale:

Figure 1 (above) image from scientific presentation by Eid et al. This shows different Titan cylinders inflated.

It appears that the special order really large cylinders are also larger in girth (at least from what I can tell visually). I think the take home message is that once an implant longer than 20 cm is needed, then the grth really does need to linearly increase so that the erection rigidity is optimal.

please see the complete presentation at the following link:

This is such a "first world problem" but here you go.

This is excellent information re: XL cylinders. If I am still 27.5cm for the next revision, probably the 26cm version plus RTE will make the trick.

Or, if the surgeon follows the cutting of 1cm of the uninflatable back of the cylinders, a 28-1=27cm

By that chart if I am 22cm I have 17cm of inflatable length (6.75 inches). which is longer then I thought I was. I guess you still have to measure the glans

No.
17cm is the inflatable cilinder... " Always "at least some cm of inflatable part stays in the crura ( in the inner - proximal zone).
For this reason, two man with the same prosthesis have different results .

Tybeeman and I have the Titan implant except for the model. Same surgeon, implanted 1 day from each other.
I have the 22cm with 1.5 cm RTE.... He has 22cm with 1 cm RTE. He and I have already discussed that fact that I am much larger than him. We are a fairly good representation that same prosthesis have different results.

So did i get it right that the diameter of the ams 700 series cylinder stays the same (18mm) and the titan changes?
What about an titan in a 16cm long penis (visible, base to tip)? is the diameter still 21mm or less?
