It will be a strange for you for the first couple of months. There is quite a bit to get used to and as time goes by you become one with the implant.
I too swim train 3 times a week....no problem. I just tuck him sideways in my speedos.
Yes you will have a package like you didn't have before.
My balls stick out further too because there is a third testicle in there and it makes it all look bigger because your cock sits proudly out front of your ball sack.

Ha! You have a great outlook. I am also a nude model for art classes so I if I continue use that it will be different for me as well. I am eager for the new experiences.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I'd say there are some size differences between Donny and Maxxx. We have both prosthesis size to compare, and also pics. How big do you say you are Maxxx, just for reference? :idea:

Here is mine at 5 weeks out... Im now 7 weeks out.... very pleased as of now 5" flaccid and 6.25 erect.
I'm 5'10 and weight 145 pounds.

Here a couple older photos an back to my 6" as when younger. Come on guys and post some.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.
