I read an article about a certain implant which doesnt involve removal of smooth muscle. In such a case patients were able to get semi-erect without the implant's help. Do you know what implant this is?

Are you able to tell us the articke? Where you found it? Any portion of the title? Something that would help us help you?

I read a couple articles that jention retaininf tumescent, even some erectiie capacity, but this did not depend on the type of implant.

I have gone through this surgery 4 times, and I still experience semi erections if aroused, and occasionally during the mornings. I think it is a result of retaining some of the erectile tissue.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

Hey The Plumber,

Somewhat confused here. Why did you go through 4 surgeries??

At this point, let’s stick to my signature’s summary: three botched implants, and current successful one.

1- First: combination of mechanical failure out of the package, aggravated by incompetence.

2- Second: incompetence and bad luck of pump healed so high that it was impossible to functionally pump the cylinders.

3- Third: dishonest, arrogant and immature surgeon that was incapable of accepting and deal with failure with honor, even if he advertises himself as the biggest high volume implant center in the world; in other words, he is full of it.

4- Fourth: Finally, the real Master took care of me.

Yea, man. That is a sanitized summary, though. I tried to tackle ED as soon as I noticed it (oral medications, injection, etc), and this should have been taken care of from the first trial.

So, if someone asks me which is the best advice facing ED, it will be: tacked it soon, and if an implant is the solution, get an experienced AND honest surgeon. The rest will come right by default.

If ED devastates our most inner manhood self, dishonesty coming from the person in which you have put all your faith to help you, is as devastating as ED itself.

Hey ThePlumber,

Thanks for sharing your personal experience. I got a few questions.....

- Do you mind sharing who these botched docs are?

- Dr. Eid gets talked about a lot and I've seen him on various sites. But on a cautionary note, I'm a bit apprehensive about docs who are overcommercialized. Thats not to say that I judge him since I know little about him. I just want enough info about him to be able to trust him. After all a man's penis is his holy santuary. Are there any complaints about him?

- Did you sue the 1st 3 docs?

- Even after the botched attempts, are you able to orgasm currently?

** For those who've inquired about the article i mentioned, I haven't had time to look for it. But I'll be searching tomorrow and when i find it will post link!
