I read some where that if Viagra/Cialis does NOT work for you and you keep taking it-it makes things worse. By this I mean if you ARE able to cum with a limp dick that's one thing. Here is part of a text of an ad I composed, imagining I might post it some day. It ut a similar sentiment colored in a slightly different way.

I (and by extension, my partners) suffered from erectile dysfunction for decades. Rarely did my partner have an orgasm before my erection would collapse. This may be off just a little. We all associate cumming with orgasm. We know after a vasectomy just the sperm dies. If the prostate is massaged we can have an orgasam We also know only having only 1 nut you still produce sperm , I have a granddaughter that is 5. Son in law had cancer had to have one removed.

This is really a question for guys that have had their prostate removed. What makes you have an orgasam ? Is it the nerve endings in the glans? I know mine was enlarged and reduced and the physical shooting varies sometimes a dribble sometime a shoot.

I'm confused by the wording of your question.
You're saying you are finding it difficult to orgasm?

Maybe this could be mental frustrations blocking your ability to fully enjoy the sensations masturbation gives you.

I feel the same sensitivities I felt before, they simply don't connect or signal to muscle/tissue that can be aroused to erection anymore.
Those sensitivities still give me the ability to orgasm just like I did prior to my implant.
I wouldn't say it has "improved" my sensitivity as sensation has never been a problem.

Are you talking about my question? I dont have a problem. My question was what makes us orgasm? You can loose a nut and still produce semen. Guys that have had prostate problems or removal still orgasm.
