Is the size of your tactra the same or bigger than the erect state of your titan in past?

Or I mean is it more likely to get a better length with a tactra?

People with 3 pieces implants complain a lot about erect states after operations and I’m wondering if a tactra would be a safer way regarding the size...

The malleable is a permanent erect state.
The 3-piece that I was implanted with never got activated. My situation is unique in the sense that I have gone through 2 revisions, the 2nd because the 1st was infected. I am 8", and on the thick side. I just want it all back, but I am having trouble getting it, lol.
As far as I can see for the Tactra, what you are installed with you will get. The 3-piece will give me back what I lost...I think!
I can offer limited advice on both because I have had them. I am new in this circle, so to speak.

I know that the tactra is in permanent erect state. But from what I’ve read it seems to be more likely to mantain a good erect size with a malleable implant. Unfortunately this doesn’t seems to be your case, but hope you will have better results with a 3 piece.

Interesting thoughts. My waist is 38" (hoping to be 36 again and 175 lbs instead of my current 193). Penis is 6" long 5" girth, fully inflated. If I had a malleable, it would create a bulge that could be barely concealed and in a trunks-style bathing suit acceptable in public. I normally wear my penis pointed up.

In a public shower, I suppose pointed down would be most appropriate, but there would still be no "dangle" or pendulum swing to it. I wonder if that would raise curiosity.

Not having to pump up every time we want to have sex would be nice. Losing the ability for my girlfriend to play with my flaccid penis as a "squishy toy" does not seem to matter much to her. But fellatio on me (when inflated more than 80%) is problematic because of her jaw opening capacity and ability to "deep throat" might be limiting if my penis remains full-size and fully rigid.

Really? i thought the LGX was soft enough that it could handle clothing just like your original. also thought it had natural swing and dangle. What is different? I have the titan and its very painful to wear concealed under clothing. It was really excruciating on my 5 hour drive/train/bus trip to Manhattan and back. I know I am early out but i see members with this complaint several years out. Thanks.

Can you give us a quick update on your tactra so far?

I have many questions regarding the tactra and malleables in general. Hopefully I'm not too much of a bother by asking you some of these questions, if you don't mind.

In general, how are you liking the tactra? Have you put it to use yet or are you still healing? I'm specifically curious about its rigidity for penetration. Could you elaborate a bit on that? As far as concealing it, how hard has it been for you? Overall, and it might be too soon to ask, but would you still recommend your tactra based on your experience so far?

Your input will be extremely valuable to me.

You can also ask me. I have my journal. I went from a 3-piece, then the Tactra, and now the Titan.
Although I had the Tactra for a few months, it is still recent enough I can give some feedback, esp since I can go bak to my journal (somewhere between Dec 10th, 2019, to March 2nd, 2020 (Happy B-day to me)).
I healed pretty fast, and was able to play with it!

I did read through most of your journal, and my understanding is that you had troubles concealing your tactra and it didn't provide you with any opportunity for regaining the size loss that you had during your earlier revisions. However, as far as usability, fucking wise, did you find your tactra satisfactory? Please do let us know.

My main concern regarding malleables are with their axial rigidity for intercourse, even anal, and secondary to that, concealability. Of course, a main concern would be the greater risk for skin erosion and extrusion of the device as well.

Hehehe...you missed the part in my journal where I took the malleable for several test drives:)! Never hit the big O, but boy, the journey was great!
After about 5 months, I actually had penetrative sex! Luv anal, so that is what I tried. Worked great, no complaints.
Like I said, my main complaint was stowage with the malleable. Regardless of what I wore, my dick was always sticking out. It still is with this 3-piece, but it is not as painful. Healing has only been a month, so leaving that door open.
For me, things were a bit different, as I was told by Dr. about losing size/girth. Verdick is still out on that, but I had just enough left that, being modest out is public was being affected. In other words, even though it was not a bulge, I had just enough left that my dick was creating a bulge when nothing was there.
