Implanted 9/30 with Dr Karaman in Istanbul (pg 4 starts Day 1)

Just a quick update. The VED is helping with vascularity if nothing else. I've noticed that when I'm all the way pumped to the max that I can stand, the head of my penis is engorged, but cold to the touch. I think the placement of my cylinder tips being so far into the head of my penis makes the part around the glans expand the the point it cuts off blood flow. It seems to be fine for an hour or so, but I wouldn't want to have it inflated longer than that. I don't plan to inflate to the absolute max I can take when having sex anyway.

Size restoration has been a pleasant surprise. Right now at my current max when engorged, it's about a bone-pressed 7.8" long and 6.2" in girth mid-shaft. As far as I can tell, it's either equal to, or a bit bigger than it was pre-surgery.

The job with the tubing is a bit of a mess, in my opinion. There's stiff tubing on both sides at the base of my shaft. I would imagine it being uncomfortable during sex. Hopefully it will soften over time.

I'm getting used to being a shower. I'm pretty conscious of it still, so it's slightly embarrassing. I doubt anyone is paying attention to it as much as I am, but I don't know. I'm definitely uncomfortable in tighter dress pants. The gym...whatever. I'm just not the type that wants to blatantly show off, at the same time, it's cool that there's obviously something down there that's large enough to be seen. Visible is cool, in your face and clearly showing off...nah.

Ahh this point, I'd say 60/40 leaning in the positive. There are certainly things that could have been done better, but it's functional (I think). The negatives are the post-op care, cylinder placement and tubing placement. If I could do it all over with money not being an issue, I'd choose a different, high-volume implanter. That said, Dr Karaman seems to have gotten the job done, though a bit crudely.

Hey man, no sex. That's not likely to happen any time soon. As long as I don't pump to the max, I think it'll be fine. Yeah, I understand the hesitation. It's a major thing that you really want done right.

Not proud to say so, but the no sex vow didn't last. I figured it's worth a report back to say things went pretty well. She didn't know anything and didn't feel the tubing. It was definitely a bit of a challenge to hide the fact though. Spontaneously hiding it is tough. That "when the mood strikes moment" is tough to take advantage of with the need to figure out how to pump. There was a bit of pressure at the tips for sure, but not during sex. Foreplay involved a bit of grinding, which caused pain and gave me some anxiety about the tips possibly poking through my skin. It didn't happen, but I'll definitely need to be careful whenever I have sex again.

Hey fellas... I'm not sure how often I'll be updating from here. I'm just not sure what there is to add unless something bad happens, God forbid.

I was able to max it out last night too the point there was no fluid left to transfer. I was pleasantly surprised to measure out 8" at that point. I think my pre-measurement of 7.5" was a bit short because I wasn't going fully bone pressed. Still, it's definitely a tad bigger than it was before the implant. It's not as circular, but it's every bit as girthy as well. I'm glad I chose the Infla 10AX with the expansion qualities. I certain didn't think it would be at this point so quickly. I'll still use the VED for tissue expansion. I figure it must be helping somehow. I do that once per day for about 10 mins total at around 12hg to get the most pump I can take.

I can only stand it about 30 mins at that maxed out point. It gets too painful.

The cylinder tips are still super close to the penis tip, but I wouldn't have sex with it at 100%. Hopefully that'll make it safer (I talked about sex in the last update). The tips don't hurt though. The pain is around the glans, not at the tips, so that's good.

Well, I'm very thankful that it's functional. I wouldn't say 100%, but my only issue is the tips being so far into the glans. Especially without engorgement, it feels dangerous. So, I'd say I'm 80% satisfied.

The best had been the length and girth gained back. I think the VED had helped with it too.

I'm surprised because I thought that the bulb staying depressed meant that the fluid was all out. I guess not. It still hurts after about 30 mins. I'm not sure why. I guess there is a is stretching..? The cycling continues...

Wow man you got an amazing size! would you say this is because of the VED you are using? or just normal cycling keeps you growing?

And what is your VED routine nowadays? use it once a day every day?
