Week 13

One thing I forgot to post was a measurement from week 12. I found an old body-fat caliper I had laying around, which allows you to determine "thickness" of a skin fold. Well, why not use it on my shaft? Measurement is a measurement (I also didn't feel like getting my micrometer from the garage - so I went with this). I'm at 43mm on my shaft (lower part). This works out to 1.69 inches. At my widest before cancer I was 2" accross. I doubt I'll get back to that.

I do have some concerns from folks saying they get their full girth back at 6". I think a good majority of those are with engorgement. For me, I hardly have any thanks to the removal of one of my nerves from my RP in 2023. I don't know if I'll get any thicker at this point. From what I can tell I should be nearing the max that the AMS 700 CX can get in thickness. There may be SOME stretch left, but I doubt it's going to be almost .3 inches. That would be an astronomical amount.

However, I'm continuing my reports here on my progress for those interested. Yeah, I know its a lot of dick pics, but I'm trying to be as analitical as possible in this. Consistant pics, taken in the same manner over a period of time do help people see progress.

On functionality - I'm definitely begining to enjoy myself again. I've been able to engage in relatively painless sex now for a couple of weeks. The hardness is defeinitely a favorite of my husband. Women might not enjoy it as much as they are more sensitive - but to each their own. The nice thing is that I can "choose my own setting" as it were. I don't just have to have it FULLY inflated if I don't want to. Its VERY uncomfortable to have sex fully inflated - I did try and I just cant. At least not for very long.

I'm keeping up my twice daily routine as well. I'm about a good solid 30 pumps in before it switches to mini pump mode (as it were).

If you ever want to look bigger - just shave. I tend to keep things trimmed down there as its more comofrtable for me this way

Week 14

Healing and stretching continue. I'm definitely getting use out of it now, and I have noticed that using it does help with stretching. I should also mention that up until this point I haven't been using VED - I had tried several times but the tubing was WAY too painful as its at the base of my penis on the sides, however, I tried yesterday, and was able to get a good 20 minute session in. I think this is going to help more with blood flow rather than with stretching at this point. Yeah, I'll get engorgement while using it, but I think I have massive leaks as no engorgement sticks around after release of the pressure. Any engorgement you see on the glans is from the constriction of blood vessels from the implant inflating - any pressure to the glans, and it goes away pretty quickly. I think the majority of my size is going to be from the implant only and maybe minor engorgement.

I should also note that all pics taken so far are in the morning, after a nice hot shower, and after having been inflated for about two minutes post perito exercises.

This is week 14. Again - you can't really see progress unless stacked against other pics.

And this is a comparison of week 7 (far right), week 9 (middle) and week 14 (left). You can see that thickness is improving over time. Length is remaining about the same - maybe a touch more than when I started. Most of the length I regained was in the first few weeks.

Then when compared to the deformity prior to surgery, this has been a miracle for me. Sure, I have some size loss but getting rid of that deformity has been amazing. As an FYI deformity was caused by VED and injections. Doctor is thinking it was a combo of scar tissue forming from the needles along with VED pressure. I absolutely get the focus on size as well from a lot of members, but during my journey I've learned that while size has been nice to have, its nothing next to regaining functionality.

So what's it like to use? Well, a lot more reliable than even my pre-cancer dick. I used to get soft if it was too hot - i.e. heat would get me out of the mood. Thats no longer a problem. I can absolutely stay hard. That part is absolutely strange to think about. 30 years of going soft after orgasm - well - that just doesn't happen. It just stays hard. I absolutely could go again immediately. I haven't yet as I still have a bit of discomfort / pain, but that is lessening over time and imagine based on my current rate of 'healing' that by week 20 any discomfort after should be gone. However during the act it feels absolutely the same as it did before. Not as thick or long, but just as intimate and natural as you would expect - and I can't reiterate how important THAT part is.

Week 15

Here we go yet again!

Cycling continues as it has in the past. Not too much to report there, however, last night I did try to keep my implant partly inflated - just out of curiosity. I lasted about 5 hours before I deflated as I felt slightly uncomfortable around 4am. No pain just a dull minor ache. Deflating allowed it to go away.

Use continues and I'm definitely getting back in the saddle. Its nice to be able to engage in sex without worrying about - well - anything.

One note - I did use my skin thicness caliper and noted I'm at 45mm on the widest point - up from 43mm. So...measuring is telling me that while visually there is very very little difference, there is - so I'll continue.

One thing to note - a lot of folks have mentioned the 'surfboard' shape of erections - which can be a lack if engorgement of the top and underside of the penile tissues - which is definitely the case for me. I rarely get engorgement there, and if I do, it goes away when pressure is applied. I think the engorgement I get is from constriction caused by the implant itself and not from any arousal. Even when I am at my peak I don't get engorgement (side effect of removal of nerve during RP surgery). That all being the case, with this measurement of 45mm I would have a circumference (if circle shaped) of 141.37mm or 5.56 girth. However - since I Don't get that engorgement my girth is around 5.25. You COULD say that due to the surfboard effect the 'effective' girth does have a thicker feeling than a 5.25 standard round shape would get. A standard 6" girth (close to what I had) would have a diameter of 48.5mm. So - for me to be 'back' to my girth of 6.25 I'd have to reach a diameter of 50.54mm. Thats 5mm off from where I am - and that may be a bridge too far. I MAY be able to reach the 48mm mark - maybe. We'll see - I have months to go yet. FYI - remember - this would not be a 'real' girth as I don't have engorgement of top and bottom sides of my implant.

Mostly this part is just a thought experiment.
