I too have a malleable but it was implanted after my IPP got infected. I’m 3.5 weeks in past the implantation and healing well. My only sadness/concern is the loss of about half inch in length which is what I’ve sadly been concentrating on. I will instead try to focus on the fact that I am functional as a man again and that on 16 January I should get clearance for sexual activity.

I'm sorry this happened. Definitely focus on the positives, man. At the end of the day, what's within your control (ability to hae sex) now has more significance over what's not in your control (mild length loss).

Fantastic journal, Your comment about being so close to a natural erection is spot on, I couldn't agree more.
Take pic's and measurements because there will be alot of members asking about how it looks and if you have size loss,, and I was one of them,, so worried about loosing size I went thru 4 failed IPP's,,, turned out with the MPP I lost a 1/2 inch of girth,, I went thru all them surgeries just for a 1/2 inch of girth ???? mama always said I was kind of crazy...........
I told you,,, your going to love your Genisis,,, and just wait till you put it to work,, thats where it really shines,,, get your projects done now because once your woman experiences your Genisis your going to be busy for awhile. :D :D :D
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.

Christmas dinner update: I'm still not in a position to wear jeans, because the material is too stiff and I'm worried about the material rubbing against my incisions and causing a problem. But I wore a pair of soft slacks last night and everything went great. DInner, drinks, and a bit of walking around my city (downtown Chicago). I was amazed at how easy walking felt; I haven't really done any for a couple of weeks and have been extremely cautious. Long story short, even in the early stages here, concealability doesn't seem to be an issue. It was a little stiff. I think eventually I'll probably want to bend it straight upwards toward my belly button for the greatest comfort. Not sure yet...
