Yes you can have alcohol on cialis. I’ve never heard of anyone having any medical problem with that. Cialis just doesn’t help for whiskey dick because alcohol messes with the neural triggers for erections, but implanted should have no issue.

Gents, I wanted to give an update on my recovery. Today is day 16 post surgery and is the first day that I thought "hell yes, this wasn't such a bad idea after all". For the first 2 weeks I definitely had a lot of the "what did I do?!" thoughts like I had read about from others. Panic, pain, a bit of depression creeping in probably. I think the difference today was that I got an excellent massage at the local Asian massage place, and when I got home I was feeling very relaxed and a little horny so I decided to get out some coconut oil, do some cycling and massage the one spot that my masseuse missed. I have been taking tadalafil 5mg daily and it was so nice to see my glans inflate fully again, and feel how hard my shaft is now. Inflating without being aroused just feels very sterile and unnatural, and in fact I think having an engorged glans also reduces or masks the pain of inflation.

Wanted to ask: What is your penis like if you have a couple drinks in your system and you want to take a woman home with you? I know its generally not recommended to mix cialis with alcohol. DO you just simply refrain from having drunk sex? DO you pump up anyway and just deal with a floppy glans?

My biggest concern is having a floppy glans post Implant. I definitely take Cialis if I've been drinking and planning to have sex, I have never noticed any negative effects. Sex still works great after drinking, mega hard erection combined with the enhanced effects from Cialis. I wouldn't worry about this at all

I went like 8 years between the jelqing damage and finally getting surgery. ED got worse and worse over that time. Definitely was not something that nofap could fix

Well boys, my time is almost here. Up until this past Monday I was debating on whether to book my implant surgery with Drs Eid or Hakky, so I called both of their offices to see their availability. Hakky could operate on me in late August at the earliest, while Eid could do it next week. That settled it for me, and now I'm scheduled for my implant to go in on 24 June with Dr Eid. Now that I've got travel, hotel, surgery booked, and factoring in meals etc while recovering in NYC for 48 hours after the procedure, looks like the grand total should be around $35,000. All cash out of pocket. I have insurance that would've covered it 100% with a local military doctor, but the thought of having military doctors performing this surgery on me terrifies me. The $35k is a small price to pay to know I'm getting the very best possible outcome with the very best surgeon for my one and only penis.

Just wanted to share the good news with you all brothers. I'll keep this post updated as I get to NY, take pre-op size pics, recovery pics etc and will share my thoughts here along the way.

Edit: just noticed that I created my account in 2013.... I am only 31 now and have been dealing with this problem for most of my adult life. Surreal to think that this nightmare could be coming to an end soon

Wolfpacker, I definitely understand your concern with military Urology doctors that don't have as much high volume experience, fortunately I live in San Antonio, Texas which has one of the best military hospitals in the United States, (Brooke Army Medical Center). I was apprehensive about letting them work on my one and only penis, but after meeting with my doctor Major Shane Barney and checking on his credentials with Boston Scientific patient coordinator, and the amount of implants they did annual (60), which might not be a lot but I was comfortable with that.
I was worried about infection big time, but they do extensive testing to make sure that your body is not susceptible to infection. If I would have had problems they would have declined the surgery, but I passed all their test.
The actual surgery location was at the new Lackland Air Force Base Wilford Hall Ambulatory Care Center.
I'm 16 months out from surgery and super happy with the outcome. I was 6 inches prior to surgery and I'm right at 6 1/4 inches now. The only problem I had was like most of the guys on FrankTalk, I had a lot of pain when fully inflated with my shaft and inside my glans after 20 to 30 minutes of inflation, but I kept cycling, doing warm baths, stretching and more cycling. I did more cycling than Dr Barney wanted me to do, he just wanted 10 minutes of full inflation twice a day in the shower.
Now I don't have any pain when fully inflated over an hour, and everything works perfect. Hopefully everything continues to work perfectly and I don't have to have a revision for at least 15 years. I had talked to several Boston Scientific Patient Champions and many had their AMS 700 CX or LGX for over 15 years with no problems. I'm glad that you got yours done with a great doctor and I'm thankful that I had a great military doctor.
