I have moved back to my home country (India) about 2 weeks back. The flight back to India was uneventful and good. I did choose a business class flat bed seat for the long travel. But I feel I would have been ok even in the economy as I did have a significant amount of time before I flew back. I just feel lucky to have that kind of support from my family in the US.

I still have not been able to have sex with a partner. What I have been actively doing is jerking off (almost everyday tbh). I find that the sensation (spl in the head) and ejaculation is enhanced (perhaps even better than earlier). Though sometimes I do get little bit of pain post ejaculation in the middle of the shaft and also in the perineum area.

Inflation and deflation are now very easy. I do find that I am able to inflate much better when I am standing than while being flat. I guess that is just gravity at play. I have no swelling now in the scrotum but sometimes I get a pinching sensation if I have to lift my skin on scrotum to adjust it. I am only comfortable wearing loose clothes or jeans which are baggy. So that is one area where some improvement has to happen. The dog ears on my left cylinder (at the base) are really hard and cause pain if I touch/press them. Though I do find that they are becoming softer as the force I need to straighten them out has reduced.

For now I get good engorgement and the over sizing looks to be a non issue, but we will see when it actually gets used.

Yes, I don’t face issue with urination now. It took me a while but now I am able to urinate well. Took me about 6-7 weeks to reach here. I find that it improves as you are able to deflate well. I am now able to deflate well and that has also assisted in this.

Been a long time I posted. I am now back to my home country like I mentioned previously.
I actually got a chance to give it a try finally! Infact 2 times till now. Both times the girl went mad and commented that this is one of the best sex experiences she has ever had. I actually went ahead and told her about my IPP before we did. She had no issues and was extremely curious. She just got amazed as to how I can be hard forever. Meanwhile, I also did a video consult with Dr. Cordon and he was very happy with my progress. He tried to dispel all my fears of oversizing saying I will just be fine. That in 3 months I will not even feel something is in me. I discussed with him the occasional pain I get all over scrotum and perineal area. He told me that my stitches are yet to be dissolved fully which is causing me some sensitivity and pinching pain on scrotum. For shaft pain around the dog ears he said it will get better. Alternatively he told me I can give it a pump or two to reduce dog ears.

I asked him if I can take Cialis 5 mg for good glans engorgement to which he answered affirmatively and said it will be of help. He also commented and said I can take 20mg Cialis on the day I expect to have sex. Anyone reading this should ask their doctor before eating any medication!

I also asked Dr. Cordon as to why would Dr. Eid question my sizing? He said that Dr. Eid has his own way of working which he has perfected over decades. He says even though I have learnt my skill from Dr. Eid, he is tad bit more aggressive than Dr. Eid who follows a more conservative and old school approach. This is in no way a criticism of anyone. I still admire Dr. Eid a lot and I will still message him and update him with my progress. He is still my original doc!

Happy to answer any questions! Again I appeal to all those reading this journal anonymously to come out and schedule an appointment with their urologist. The issue can be handled and if you have failed medicines and injections don’t delay. I am someone who delayed it forever and paid it with losing so much in life!

Update after 4 months (Almost)-

It has been 4 months since I have had my implant. To summarise, I got implanted on March 02 in Miami by Dr. Billy Cordon. Originally I was scheduled with Dr. Eid, but he fell sick and I had to change surgeon as I had limited time due to my divorce and insurance related issues. I found Dr. Cordon on recommendation of Dr. Eid himself.

I have had a chance to try out my implant 4 times till now with the same girl. All times it has been amazing and the girl has been very happy. She has cummed and orgasmed every single time and multiple times in a session. We hardly do any foreplay and go straight for the kill. I do plan to change this in our next session.

I have not been able to ejaculate till now during sex. I am able to ejaculate well during masturbation though. Any tips on how to achieve this stage will be helpful. I am not overly worried as I still am getting used to the implant.

I will try to go on a longish vacation in end July or August where I will get to try this everyday and hopefully will be more relaxing in the head.

But I do feel much more free in my head now. It is an amazing feeling which can’t be put to words easily. I have been now researching on various ways to spice it up and want to try it all! I have a lot of catching up to do..lol…

Regards to the implant, I am now able to easily inflate of deflate without any issue. I don’t inflate it to crazy hardness. I think I am around 80% hard for cycling or intercourse. That is good enough for me. May be in future I will try further if it doesn’t pain.

The tips of my implant are still palpable but the engorgement takes care of them. I am still monitoring them as suggested by my doc and Dr. Eid.

I ate 20 mg cialis last 2 times I had sex. I honestly did not feel much different. Will monitor this over time and share feedback.

Rest, sleeping can still be an issue sometimes as the pump can pinch into the groin (i side sleep). I was told this shall improve over time.

Overall I am much better than I was in the early weeks post surgery. I was assured by this wonderful community that it will be fine and it has been! So those reading who have had their implant recently and those who are planning to get one- just know that time is the best healer and we need to be patient and keep faith!

It has been over 4 months since I had the implant surgery with Dr. Cordon in Miami.
I have had sex 6-7 times till now and every single time the girl has had multiple orgasms. She is really fond of me as well as my new found abilities. Calls me a ‘Superman’

I have found that slowly my brain has started to relax and now I have been enjoying the sexual encounter. When I started somehow it felt that all I need to do is to make the girl get satisfied and have fun. Perhaps that is because of the long time trauma of failure in bedroom and losing your confidence and everything which follows. But now I walk into the room with confidence and knowing the fact that I will perform every single time!

Now I am not scared to have any conversation or make eye contact with new women I meet. The whole ED monster had made me a different person. I am happy that I am slowly getting back to who I was.

Having said that I still have not been able to ejaculate while having sex. I feel I am very close to it and hopefully in the next few sessions it will work out.

Few observations and I hope more experienced members can shed some light on these as well-
1) I find that post having sex, deflation is difficult. I think it could be because I don’t ejaculate and I have some natural engorgement of shaft and glans? How is everyone’s experience with post sex deflation? Is it same or takes extra time like in my case?
2) Post implant I find that wearing condoms can be painful. I find that the girth size has increased and perhaps I need to try a different condom size.
3) Sensation is still slow to come back. Most sensitive part is the head and a few cms below that. The remaining shaft still feels numb. Not sure how long it will take for complete sensations to return.

I am now able to cycle for extended hours if needed. My typical sex session last me about and hour and a half and I don’t feel much pain. Some sensitivity and pinching pain on the scrotum is still there. This has been the case since beginning. My doc told me to wait another 3 months. I do plan to cycle for another 2 months daily. Post that I will switch to cycling while using the device only. I am happy with the sizing and will follow my doctor advise here about cycling for 6 months only.

Happy to answer any specific questions. I have had a lot of members reach out to me recently about my post on surgery in Turkey. I would like to state that I happened to know some details on it for some other work and found it very interesting and affordable. Specially for folks in Asia where no insurance covers this procedure. I would have loved to get this surgery done in India where doctors are highly trained and skillful. But alas for ED the surgery options of 3pc IPP are limited and doctors are more like salesperson.
Pls note that I am not endorsing the Turkey option as I have no idea how good or bad they are. I was only sharing what I found out.
