Now....almost 3 months out from my implant...I have detected another change. I dont know how much is physiological and how much is psychological. Before surgery I enjoyed an average of 2 orgasms per day. Some days it was up to 6 times a day. Now it is only once or twice a week....and even then it is something i do for prostate health and not out of desire or libido. My libido has been destroyed.

Again...I said I would be totally honest with you.....sharing the good and the bad.

It's psychological Jerry, your implant has nothing to do with your libido. It's the testosterone that controls your sex drive. Maybe you haven't been to the gym that much? But dont worry .. it's not the implant ... They are 2 sepperated problems. Good luck, Jerry!!

That monkey's been on Thundersplace. LOL

Dreams come true there with time, patience, and lots of effort.

Good to see your humor, Jerry. Been very concerned about you.

Genome,

I've just finished reading this thread and checking out the pics. Your results are VERY similar to my own, but I have the added negative result of the pump and tubing being attached so as to prevent penetration with the remaining length penis I still have. I'm starting to think that the issue occurs when installing a Coloplast implant and not so much with the AMS. Like you, orgasm ability is all but gone for me. I just wanted to let you know that you're not the only one buddy. I want to find another doc. who will perform a do-over. I've located a guy in Europe I'm considering. I have to gather up some dough before I can go that route. I was planning to use Dr. Milam, but now that I have read your thread, I feel like I need to shop elsewhere.
