I have a Tactra MPP and like you, there is just absolutely no bending it. Worse yet, the implant has always had a soft curve which causes a constant rotation of my penis and causes one pf the rods to be positioned on top of the other, as opposed to side-by-side. The manufacturer's directions show the penis being bent downward to stow and bent upward for urination and penetration-not at all possible with my unit! I am just going to learn to live with it but I do feel a bit let down.
58yo, healthy, fit man with long-standing ED and disappointing results with conventional treatment modalities. Now implanted (07/2024) with Tactra, malleable implant.

Could you elaborate a little? In the photo you posted it looks to be standing straight out despite the banana curve. Do you mean "straight up" as in 1, 2 o'clock?
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.
