Day 19: today was much better, minimal pain, I would rate more as sore. I had meetings all day, sat most of the day which is uncomfortable, much better standing. I think once I can deflate the super stiff Titan cylinders life will be much better. Just really no way to position the shaft without a little discomfort. I guess we should be careful what we ask for, I always commented when I would see the viagra and cialis commercials and think, dam I would love to have a 4 hour erection. 4 hour erections are for lightweights, he'll I'm going on 3 weeks with this stiffy

Sam,
When your activated, you'll be soooooo glad you had that stiffy. My activation and cycling was painless. I enjoyed intercourse 2 weeks after activation.

Day 20: PAR - I took customers to play golf today, ouch!!!! I've never been so happy to 3 putt in my life, and so glad they picked up my ball. They think I had hernia surgery, I got a little sympathy, but if they knew the truth I would have caught hell. I think we hit every pot hole on the course and me and the sore boys just hit the hot tub, all 3 of us.i hope everyone is doing well and thanks to all my bionic brothers for your input.

Hernia surgery is not far off base actually. A hernia in this instance is a defect in the abdominal wall. To place the reservoir the doctor creates a defect in the obdominal wall to place it. Honesty. This might be the only true " Alternate truth" .
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Another "alternate truth" is having hydrocele surgery...... a hydrocele (pronounced hydro - seal) is a build up of fluid in the scrotum and is drained with an incision.....the same incision in scrotal implantation......and the healing process is the same......I had to use that excuse and it worked very well......

Day 22: this week I've had dramatic improvement with swelling and pain. I drove over 300 miles today and had no real discomfort. Looking forward to activation next week, hopefully all goes well. I've felt the pump and pressed and it is like a rock, I assume the lock valve needs to be reset. I guess I can wait a few more days and let the doctor squeeze and please. Think I'll send him an email to eat his Wheaties, just hope he doesn't pill out a set of vise grips, ha!!!

I have the Titan Touch.......sure takes more than a touch as it's fairly stiff......I use 2 fingers (middle & third) and squeeze it against my palm....right now I'm using 2 hands to deflate because the deflate valve slides around....I use my index finger on one hand and press it against the thumb on my other hand....I guess this will get easier in time and I'll be more adept.....

XO- I've read a few guys on here that say they let their wife or girlfriend pump them up, these ladies must be Olympic weightlifting champs, ha!!!
On a serious note, is deflating easy for you. I've found the button and pressed, still sore in that area. Saw your pictures, your doing great, thanks for your comments.
