Sorry to hear.
And since you ask a question, I will answer, even though you know the answer already.
No I haven't experienced anything like it. The only pain I feel nowadays when inflating is if go to close to full without arousal (i.e. no increased blood flow to glans), then I feel some light pain in the tip. I say nowadays because I used to feel pain in the perineal area as well, but that disappeared a few weeks ago and hasn't been felt ever since.
I can always deflate properly.
If only one of your cylinders deflate properly, I guess you should be able to tell. The whole dick should look asymmetrical I suppose. And if that is the case then I would say something is wrong. Either with the valve, tubing or one of the cylinders.
Even though I guess Kramer's advice of giving it a few days is reasonable, but did he have any comment on what he thought the reason was?
Good luck, hope it turns out alright.

Re: Becoming Bionic
I don't want this to sound stupid, but could it be because of the fibrous tissue you had, still trying to expand? I hope it's no infection or something similar. Best of luck, and hope Dr kramer continues to be supportive of your situation.
Re: Becoming Bionic
I feel for you Clab. Implants are funny things, sometimes developing issues weeks or months later. Hopefully in your case it's temporary. Sometimes aggressive cycling can produce pain lasting days. That's why I never pushed too hard with my old implant as it used to give me lingering pain sometimes. Hopefully giving it a rest will stabilise it. Fingers crossed for you.

Re: Becoming Bionic
It's been about a week since I started experiencing more soreness than normal on my left side, and though it has improved, it's still an issue. My implant is by no means comfortable at this point. I am still not really enjoying sex, and have mostly been avoiding it. Now there appears to be an additional issue: I am developing a strange left and downward curve that wasn't there before. My right hand side cylinder, which is longer than my left by a half centimeter, and is still kinked near the base, almost feels as though it's going to break out of the top right hand side of my glans. There is almost no flesh between the tip of the cylinder and the surface of the skin of the glans when I inflate, if that makes sense. I think it is the position of the cylinder and the tips that is causing the left and downward curve. This seems as though it could present the possibility of erosion.
I am getting very tired of pain upon inflation, and pretty much associate discomfort with desire, and as a result I am losing my libido.

C-lab I'm very sorry - surprised as well. I wonder what you are now thinking of Dr. Kramer...

Re: Becoming Bionic
I think the same thing I've always thought of Dr. Kramer. He's a great man and a great surgeon. He did everything he could for me. My body is just not taking the implant well, and I don't blame him for that. I guess I need to give things more time but I really thought that by now things would be better and more comfortable. It's melodramatic but I feel a bit cursed. I've always had ED and have always been disappointed with the way my body works, and that hasn't changed. I don't really know what to do at the moment.
Re: Becoming Bionic
First of all - I am of course sorry to hear things are not going well.
Second: My advice, for whatever it is worth, is to be careful. If what you say about one cylinder being very close to the surface of your glans is true, I'd take that very, very seriously. I'd stop inflating right now till I'd had a doctor look at it. If you are afraid of losing size if you stop inflating, I'd say that is nothing compared to the long term consequences of what would happen if the cylinder eroded.
And I don't know of course since it is not my dick, but from your description, my interpretation is that what you have just isn't right. And it won't fix itself.
You need to get it fixed. By Kramer if you still trust him.
But In my opinion, based on your description, he screwed up with you. That's bloody bad luck considering his excellent track record.
If you still trust him, then request him to fix you before things go worse. I think the longer you wait the more difficult that fix will be and the bigger the risk of complications.
I just want the best for you, hence my honest advice.
Whether it's a good advice or not is totally up to you to decide.
But whatever you think of the advice itself, I hope you see that I only want to help.
Good luck.

Re: Becoming Bionic
Please have it checked. Does not sound right. I know a guy who had a glans erosion and ended up with rods to heal it. He said if it had been caught early the fix would have been easier. Be well soon.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
Re: Becoming Bionic
Clab I'm very sorry to hear the bad news. Merrix is right in his suggestions. I would also say that it might be worth getting a second opinion as it can't do any harm and might just bring out additional useful information. I'm not saying don't go with kramer again but everyone has their blind spots so better to do a bit of homework before committing to a fix (if required). Just my opinion really and it's up to you.
I do know the emotional turmoil after my first implant so can understand that the bad experience can be overwhelming and emotionally draining. Please take care of yourself.

Re: Becoming Bionic
Hey C lab i saw your video online and you seem to have good length and girth. i would like to ask you if you recovered all of it after your surgery with Dr. Kramer. i am considering an implant but i am only 24. I feel Ed is ruining my life im going through this ting people call "hard flaccid" and its taken girth, lenth, and almost all my sensibility.
