Have follow up soon and without getting fat injections see what there is to do about that? The cream for the glan called alprostadil/phentolamine 1 mg engordes the glan tremendously! So I need a drug for some girth bothers?!

Carefull rocking the canoe. If your wife is happy don't risk ruining a good thing. Give her a few years. If she finally wants some girth then look into the injections.

I feel like I’m doing it more for myself really! When I look at my self erect even though I’m glad to be erect, it just looks and feels so much smaller than even when I did the injections?

Not first hand knowledge. I have not used injections but I've read that the girth engorgement that does occur is not permanent. Stopping the injections or getting an implant will result in your girth returning to what nature gave you. The added girth is a reaction to the drug more than anything. My guess is that you're just perfectly fine as is.

Perfectly fine is just settling after going thru what I went thru with the surgery and the pain. Before my cancer surgery my erections were normal and a good size. Yes injections created blood flow but, only made it longer and hard for two hours! I rather be shorter and loose a little length than this hollow feeling I have flacid and when erect not even the girth I Had before surgery. Yes it works well and wife ehh I don’t really think she likes sex but, I need to feel good about this life changing decision!

Raycaba, just my opinion here. I suspect you're bumping up against something that many of us don't think about. While IPP's are a good treatment for ED. They are not perfect. Going along with that thought. Each man will likely have different things about their implant that just "bugs" them. I guess the old saying to "not throw the baby out with the bath water" might apply.
Good luck with your implant. I don't have any wife advice. I guess if shes a regular willing participant, you're ahead of many men. Feeling good about something helps if you can just get it all in perspective in your mind.

To that point, my biggest "bugs me" things with my implant are in no particular order:

  • Occasional pain in the glans from the tips (comes and goes)
  • Near-constant itching in the left side upper scrotum where the reservoir tubing comes down and is attached to the pump tubing with the quick-connect, wrapping around the left side of my penis under the skin

Yes it’s very different than your old penis that’s for sure! I can feel all these internal parts that I wonder if I were In a new relationship if she would feel all that and wonder what’s wrong they are uncomfortable at times.

4 month update post op. All healed up no pain just some discomfort with dog ears. Wife loves the fact she doesn’t have to work to get me hard and that’s a plus! I still wish I had more girth as I’ve been cycling but no significant difference. When having sex my partner mentioned she can feel in some positions the tip end of my implant inside her. My glan is normal have anyone else discovered this?

Hey raycaba, been following you closely and have appreciated your thread for some time. I I just had my surgery Friday and finally signed up for the boards that I’ve been lurking for so long.

I really like hearing your wife likes the fact she doesn’t have to work to get you hard. One of my big fears with my wife is she would not like the lack of feedback if getting me hard. Kind of stupid, since that hasn’t happened for a few years. :)

Glad things are going well and keep posting so I know what’s just ahead for me.

Cheers,
Maxx
