You and I both have 125 cc reservoirs. Your cylinders are 2 cm longer than mine.
According to OR report "We over inflated the reservoir to 150 cc and then took it back down to 121 mL." So, I was left with 121 mL which is more than the high end that Coloplast suggests (114-119). I have started reaching "flat bulb state" when I max pump. First time was early May, 2025. I pretty much reach flat bulb state every time I cycle now.

How much saline did you get in your reservoir?
Have you encountered flat bulb?
BTW, Coloplast says the following for 28 cm cylinders:
28 cm Zero Degree (0º) 120 – 125 Tubing cut to length

So i am 7 months out and are no where near maxing out this thing. I get to the point where the bulb gets hard as a rock and my dick hurts soooo much from the stretching. I grit through the pain, or if i'm lucky i fuck my wife and i have absolutely no pain lmao. What's really interesting is in my surgery report it says he filled it with 125cc of saline solution. Right now my dick is over 8 inches and my girth is about 5.6 at the moment. my curve isn't even full straight yet. So i know i have alot more to do.

I havent been that aggressive with the cycling though. The more you cycle the more you use it. And if it takes me double the amount of time to hit that road block then so be it. I literally couldn't cycle my dick twice a day for an hour each time with the pain i get.

Also for some strange reason if i have sex of get a bj. after i have an orgasm i have no pain. But if i masturbate for 5 minutes i get a pain in my taint that is only painful if i stand. if i lay down or sit it isnt bad at all. Also when i put the fluid back into the reservoir the blood from my body fills my limp dick and gives it a full chub look. i can easily squeeze the blood back out. but its pretty interesting as my dick fills back up with blood.

Even though i have more length you have an inch of girth on me. So it makes sense why yours is flat bulbed. Ive heard that you cant really go above 6.5 girth with these titans. That they expand to basically that size max.

Vita, it took me a long time of recovery before I didn't have a lot of pain in my glans for an extended period of time over 20 minutes. I thought that it would never get better and I wouldn't be able to have comfortable satisfying sex with my wifey.
It started getting better for me at 6 months and you're at 7 months, but I didn't have the taint pain that you're having.
It sounds like you don't have a lot of time to cycle your implant due to daily life. I was already retired with time on my hands, so I would do extra cycling on top of my doctors cycling protocol of 20 minutes, twice a day in the shower, while my wife would go out for her morning walks 3 to 4 times a week. I would get in our large tub with very warm water to partially cover my dick for comfort and I would pump to 70 percent and do a variation of the Perito exercises bending it up and down and side to side for 5 minutes and then I would pump up to 100 percent and see how long I could go without crying uncle. The pain in my glans, got a lot less after 6 months, but I kept doing cycling and the warm baths for a year.
Dang! I don't know if you could cover huge member with warm tub water, but you could give it a try. lol
Keep hanging in there Vita,

I don't see where I answered Discovernew's question.

I was implanted 9/12/2024 and the first time I encountered the flat bulb was 5/01/2025.
Since then, while cycling I would frequently not reach flat bulb state.
The pump bulb would get so hard that I was not able to push more fluid into my cylinders.
As time and cycling have progressed, I can reach flat bulb state whenever I want.
Granted I am VERY pumped and I prefer to not stay that way for a very long time.

Thanks for sharing! Were you cycling every single day during those 8 months?

No.
I had a heart cath procedure in November 2024; afterwards for at least a week I was not to use my right arm or hand to reduce the chances of causing any issues with the artery where the catheter entered the artery.
We were on a cruise for a couple weeks January 2025 that interrupted normal cycling.
I had open heart surgery February 2025 which interrupted cycling for several weeks.
There are other periods of travel that also interrupted cycling.
Implanted 9/12/2024 at age 67;
Vertical Penoscrotal approach with separate reservoir incision;
Dr Allen Morey, McKinney, Texas;
Coloplast Titan XL 26 cm base cylinder-no RTE, Genesis pump, 125 cc reservoir.

I'm sorry you went through all of that and i hope your heart is well now.

So except the times when you had surgery , were you usually cycling every day once a day? or more like just a couple times per week?

At my 3 week appointment I was told to wait for clearance at my 6 week exam to start cycling. There was still a lot of swelling in my scrotum especially around the pump making access difficult. Doctors said you don't want to have to go to the ER to relieve the erection since it will start hurting a lot if you can't deflate.

I am an impatient man. I wanted to start cycling ASAP since waiting longer increases the chances of smaller capsule formation.
At about 4 weeks I was able to access the deflation bars on my Coloplast Genesis pump. I deflated a little bit and then put a little bit back in, repeat. I was confident I would be able to deflate any inflation I did. I did not wait until the six week exam. One of my doctors called to check in on me about week 5. I confessed that I had started cycling. He said if you can deflate then keep on with it.
So about 4 weeks after surgery I started cycling as much as I could stand several times a day whenever circumstances allowed.
At each session I would pump up until I had some discomfort and hold that until the ache became intense. Then deflate.
Early on it did not take too long before the ache became intense, 5 to 10 minutes. I would try to stay pumped at a level of discomfort for a longer time at each session. I gradually increased how long I could stay pumped up until I reached over one hour. I don't remember exactly but I estimate reaching an hour inflated took a few months of diligent cycling. I continued to increase the time I could stay pumped up, I also started doing the "Perito exercise" to a point of discomfort in order to add more pumps. I could not bend my dick very much at first. I eventually reached two hours of pumped up with a very hard bulb on the pump. I wanted to reach a point where I could stay mostly but not max pumped while I slept. Staying mostly pumped overnight took a long time to reach. I made that milestone before the 5/01/2025 flat bulb observation.
If circumstances allowed, I pumped up at least twice a day if not more.
I don't think I have gone a day without pumping up for a cycle at least once except during surgery healing periods.
It is easy to pump up when I lay down for bedtime for several minutes.
I have fallen asleep erect but woke up at some point and deflated.

I have recently (June/July 2025) started being TOTALLY flaccid (squeeze all the fluid that I can out of my cylinders) for extended periods of time. For example, do a cycle in the morning and right before bed and be flaccid the remainder of the day and night.

I experience partial erections or times when "my dick wants to be hard" while I am mostly or totally deflated.
I have noticed what I describe as a rhythmic pulsation. This rhythm does not coincide with my heart beats.
I think the corporal bodies fill with blood around my cylinders.
My dick feels full but not rigid/hard since I have totally deflated cylinders.
I like the way this feels.

I am curious if other men experience the pulsations or heavy dick feeling.
