Did another visit with Hakky today. I was supposed to get the sutures out, two came out but the center stitch had a little indent around it so he left that one in for another two weeks. He cleared me for oral and masturbation, as long as the incision is protected and doesn’t get fluids or lube on it.

Everything else looks good, the hematoma is reducing slowly but surely. Hakky showed me the operative notes. Nothing surprising I haven’t already said in this thread, but it was interesting that my proximal and distal measurements were both 14cm. “Yeah, your dick goes deep” is what Hakky told me.

That may be a reason I have such a good post-op erection angle.

I gotta assume those were the measurements from the incision site, and the incision site was fairly far up on your shaft. 14 cm distal does not equate to a 8.5 inch cock!

That’s a very good point…we measure “bone pressed” from the pelvis, I’m sure a surgeon measure from his access point at the incision, at least for a PS surgery. A couple of inches difference there.

There's other tissues that add to length and girth...glans, tunica, etc. The cylinder size just fills the inside diameter of the corporal spaces, so there's more to it (I think, I am no expert).
