Thanks for the reply and very much luck ahead! I keep my wife as my second opinion on this decision I made on getting the iPi. Yes I made the decision for my own self esteem. The added plus is now I can give sex to my girl anytime she wants it and I think she’s really liking the fact it’s ready at any given moment! That’s a good feeling my fiend. Now if you followed my thread you see I’ve had some concerns and disappointments but, over all I can’t trade the fact I can get hard! Oh and FYI not as before when your unit is flacid you now pack on a nice bulge and that is rewarding in some ways.

Another member here said he waits about twenty seconds after the pee stops flowing (keep bladder open during that time), then does five hard kegel contractions (pelvic floor contractions) to squeeze out as much as possible before stowing it. I go an extra step by blotting the tip with toilet paper or even wiping it off with my finger before saying I'm done.

I do the wait, kegelx5, shake it, and wipe the tip. Early 2020 (Mar or so), the kegels were what ended my dribbling. However, that last drop is a bugger! I wipe with TP. In a public toilet, I grab a paper towel or TP, if available, to catch the last drop. I grab the TP on the way to the urinal.

BTW, it's good to wash afterwards, but even better to wash your hands beforehand. You don't know what you've come in contact with.

I feel most people that have implants have urinary issues of some sort? I get the same issue that I can’t finish and if I don’t wait and shake I leave a spot. I must say that it has gotten better this past month. So maybe their is hope of regaining control of your pee! It’s all a new world down there and you got to take the good with the bad. I do feel it’s getting better with time- the pain, size, comfortable ness and urinating. Keep me posted!

Six month follow up tomorrow with Doc Carrion and discuss how I’m doing! My concerns six months out are urinary continuance, girth and how I feel it gets smaller when my wife is on top or maybe looses fluid or something that makes it skinnier? Post back tomorrow

Follow up went well and all my questions were answered! First the issue with the wife on top and penis getting thinner could be she’s pushing on the deflate of the pump with her body especially reverse cowgirl! I asked him about size of course and he said I have a 20 cc titan and in a few years I could go to a 22 cc titan which will have a lot more girth and length! That’s a decision for the future but, theirs hope and I’ll use this one for a while and doc says thru cycling it will engorge thru the next few years. So maybe I’ll be just fine and not have to do another surgery. He also advised not to pump it rock hard when having sex so it has some bendability! Well I hope this helped someone like it helped me!

I haven’t really gained much more than I started with but I’m afraid to wear it out with cycling since I pump up some at night to prevent any leakage. Also I have been having some scrotom pain but if I reach behind my pump and massage my testicles it gets better!

September is here and feeling like myself again! I feel that the self esteem that having an erection has made me work more on me to look and feel better. I feel the implant was a necessary move and got thru the pain and I gained a great new sex life! The only thing is how do you play off your pump in the scrotom when a woman is giving you a blow job?

I had surgery scheduled with Dr. Carrion for September 3rd and had to cancel because of family matters. I was scheduled for a AMS 700 LGX because I've lost size to Peyronie's disease and ED. I've read your entire thread and appreciate you sharing your experience. Now that you've been through this, what would you have done differently? What questions do you wish you had asked? How was you experience with Dr. Carrion and his team? Thanks in advance.

I love the team and Doctor Carrion . Have had nothing but a great experience and he’s easy to talk to about embarrassing matters! Had my surgery march 15-2021 read my posts and you will read my experiences thru the months past. Today I went for my 8 month follow up and everything looks great the Only thing he suggested was NOT to always wear your penis pointing down when flaccid. Didn’t want the down bend to cause any isssues with wear and tear on the cylinders.to wear it up to either side as well during the day. Overall he said I’m good for a long time and if in the future I want to go bigger which I don’t see why not at this point we could? Overall he made my decision easy and the results are so natural especially after you heal! He also said my girth will continue to get wider in the next few years so maybe I’ll get my wish after all! If anyone is scared or has doubt or any questions feel free to message me! Best wishes and to great sex again…
