Well, as old Doc Henderson used to say, "Ain't that a nice 'un!"
Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

Hi Genome
Since the doctor has acknowledged his mistake of putting too short implant, what is the action plan now?
You do pumping - is that for the purpose of re-surgery? If so, how is that going to be done - is that even possible to change just the tubes; or the entire device would have to be replaced? Or maybe the surgery is "as simple" as pushing the rods forward?

It's looking better every time you post new pics!

From the looks of these pix, it appears to be laying down a little better when deflated. Have you noticed any progress with the deflation stuff?

Re: My Implant Journey
Found out by trial and error that my penis lies down a little bit better if I leave some fluid in it when deflated. The weight of the fluid helps weigh down the shaft. But it still sticks out noticibly when i stand. But maybe as time goes down it will hang lower.
Re: My Implant Journey
FWIW, (I don't have an implant yet), Dr Eid showed me quite a number of Titan implant pictures when I was in his office this week, both "flaccid" and erect. I didn't see a single "flaccid" that didn't look, to me anyway, like it was sticking out quite a bit. I don't think I saw any pictures of anyone as big as you appear to be, though.
I've pretty much resigned myself that if I go with a Titan, I will not only become a "shower", but one that sticks out a bit. However, I'm a LOT smaller than you, so maybe it won't be as obvious. I've seem some comments from Titan implantees that they become more natural and hang lower over time, but if it happens it seems like it takes quite a while.

Re: My Implant Journey
This flaccid bulge issue is beginning to concern me. I'm considering having the IPP surgery by Dr. Eid in New York. After reading this thread, it's apparent that the Titan implantees now have a conspicuous post-op bulge when flaccid. I'm a tall, slender man and I wear suits to work. I also wear boxers and don't have any intention of ever wearing briefs, as I prefer the loose feel. If I get the Titan implant, is it going to look like I'm walking around with a perennial hard-on bulge in my suit pants? Does it become that noticeable after the surgery? Any of you who have had the Titan implant feel self-conscious about this?
