Will seem like a funny story at first, but it is somewhat sad. At the end I have a serious question.

At age 15 I got a twisted testicle (misdiagnosed by a doctor) so I only have one ball. I plan to get an implant so looks like I could work this to my advantage and solve a lifetime problem.

Wodjathat, sad to hear what your experience has been so far, and best wishes for moving forward from here. There are no guarantees in life ( besides death and taxes ), but by now you know that overall implants have a very high satisfaction rating -- which I interpret as success in restoring the ability to have sex.
