The pelvic area, just like everything above the shoulders, is very vascular and therefore bleeds a lot. Ever cut yourself shaving??? Popped a zit??? it bleeds a lot, right? All a bruise is, is bleeding into the surrounding area. It will go away, don't worry about it. :)

Post-op days 5-11
It seems like it took a couple of days after the surgery for the bruising/discoloration to be most severe but by post op day 7 it was definitely starting to diminish. At post op day 11, I would say it’s over 98% gone.
I can initiate cycling in a few more days.
I have, however, manually deflated for comfort.
These pics are post op day 11, fully deflated.
I am very happy with the results, especially the size and shape retention.

Notaes,

I woke up from surgery at about 9:15am on May 1. Dr. Kramer gave me a ride back to my hotel around 1230pm and removed the catheter then. So I actually only had the catheter in for a few hours. Removing the catheter was a non-event but what was unexpected was the intense burning when I urinated once the catheter was removed. OMG!!!
Of course it diminished for each urination but It took most of two days before that pain was completely gone.

By the way the bruising/discoloration is now completely gone and I’m looking forward to activating tomorrow at two weeks after surgery. Dr. Kramer suggests two inflation sessions a day, remaining fully inflated for 5 to 10 minutes for each session.

Regarding flaccid state of Titan implant
Though I won’t start regular inflation until tomorrow, I have been able to completely deflate. Dr. Kramer tells me that with the regular Titan pump that I have, not the one touch pump, there is no need for a pump after deflating to “set“ the valve.
Also I am quite relieved at the totally deflated/flaccid look as it seems to hang very naturally to me. Based on other posts, I was concerned that it was going to be too erect in the flaccid state. Also, though I can feel the bends in the cylinders in the flaccid state I don’t think they are noticeable in a casual locker room situation. I do not know if this will change over time as the cylinders are cycled regularly.
I am very, very pleased with the outcome so far and the decision to proceed and the choice of doctor and device.

Ask your Doctor about taking AZO prior or just after surgery. I've had many Caths before and this lessens the Removal after-burn. Doesn't eliminate it. Just not a horrific First Piss Event.

Great Pix. Thanks for posting.

Re: Now bionic as of May 1 thanks to Dr Andrew Kramer (Sting of inflation...WTF?)

Postby 505AbqNM » Wed May 15, 2019 11:01 am

So I fully inflated this morning and oh my gosh the second big surprise of this experience. I will refer to it as the sting of inflation! There’s a very definite stinging mostly towards the tip of my penis. I assume this is normal but more importantly how long does this last? how many inflation cycles before the stinging is no longer experienced?
Also I really had issues with deflating from a fully inflated state. I would squeeze the release valve while squeezing my penis but I couldn’t get more than a partial deflation I would say I was at least 40% inflated. definitely not as deflated as I was before the inflation. So then I thought maybe if I pump a couple times (to wash out the valve?) it might help. Sure enough I pumped just a couple of times then deflated quite easily and completely.
I don’t know if this ‘trick’ Will be a regular part of the deflating procedure with this titan standard pump but at least now I am aware of it. Truly the deflating was so very much easier after a couple of pumps, after having partially deflated, at least this time. I was actually quite surprised how completely I could deflate.
Also I’m happy to report that I feel I have all of my girth and length that I had when tri-mix still worked for me. I know this is because Dr. Kramer stretches during the procedure for maximum sizing for which I am grateful.
I will post my preop flaccid/full and postop flaccid/erect pictures later.

Congratulations, that is a BEAUTIFUL package you have there! Looking forward to seeing your erect pictures. Please include your erect length and girth. I lost all of the girth I had gained, 6.5", from using trimix for 12 yrs., now back down to 5.5" which was my pre-trimix girth.

Wow 505

Well you healed quite rapidly which is amazing. Yes, it will sting during inflation cause you are stretching the skin....Have to do it slowly. It will take time to inflate and deflate the Titan. Seems to be a big issue in the beginning but later you will find that you can do it with one hand. Just like the doc did.

You were fortunate to keep your size and probably down the road it will expand much more!

Have Fun
