Doesn't harm it at all. The cylinders are reinforced, made to take, or rather give, a pounding, so a vacuum suction is not going to do anything to it. The negative pressure generated is not enough to rupture the thing, if it does, then the cylinder was defective to begin with and was going to happen anyway at some point just from inflating it. I credit it for expanding my corpora, which has allowed me to inflate to bigger girth. I don't see any downside.
What's the VED help with 2 years post implant? That's that keep/improve your size or is it for girth size or something like that? Blood flow thing? Sounds like something I'll definitely end up doing, figured I should ask why I'll be doing it lol.
Well, one benefit that doesn't get talked about on here, is for penile tissue health. Just like guys who are impotent and arent' getting erections, their tissues atrophy, fibrosis can occur and the penis gets less elastic, will shorten over time. Even though we have an implant in place to stop the shortening process, we aren't getting the erections that help keep blood flowing to the glans and what's left of corpora tissues. over time that is just going to contribute to a smaller glans, thinner walled penis. The VED keeps those tissues happy and healthy with good blood flow, especially if you're not having sex very often.
