Day 10

Swelling and bruising almost gone, about the same as yesterday. Everything looks good and feels good.

First day back to work today. I’m a shower now, not a grower. Having a bulge in my pants is a change. No discomfort going back to my desk job. I usually wear jeans. I wore looser chinos today. I might have to rethink my wardrobe.

Penis not sensitive to rubbing. Maybe because I am wearing the David Archy underwear that has been recommended on this forum.

I get to start cycling tomorrow!

Day 11

Start cycling today!

Bruising 99% gone. Still some scrotal swelling. Stitches have not dissolved.

Almost painless cycling. Some scrotal tenderness afterward. Not too hard to find pump bulb or deflate button; a little weird to be pressing on my family jewels. Took a few tries to figure out how to press on bulb without my fingers slipping off of it. I cycled standing up; seemed easier to find pump and deflate button in this position.

Text from Dr. Kramer: green light: no physical limitations on manipulating the implant or exercise.

Notgivingup,
I can’t believe, you have so low angle at day 8. Lucky you.
I am 15 months post implant and my angle never went lower then 45 degrees and always looking semi erect.

Day 13

Bruising completely gone. Still some scrotal fullness; getting better.

No pain when cycling, but penis is sensitive afterward. My David Archy underwear helps with that.

The pump is kind is slippery. Ouch.

Looks llike you are healing well! Patience is what you have to have right now and the pump will become easier.. Practice makes perfect...

Happy Holiday!!!!

Day 14

Healing nicely. All bruising and swelling gone. Stitches have not yet dissolved.

Cycling a couple times a day. After cycling my penis feels numb and sensitive to rubbing. Helps to wear David Archy underwear and looser pants than before surgery. I assume that will go away with time.

Still having trouble squeezing the bulb without it slipping out of my grasp. Trying different ways of grasping and squeezing the bulb.

I had an interesting and frank discussion with my partner. She had some things she thinks men should know about the female anatomy as a woman ages, since many of us men are “older” with older female partners. I’ll share with you all in a later post.

With the AMS Momentary Squeeze (MS) pump, my doctor advised me to hold the tubing above the pump with one hand and squeeze with the thumb and finger(s) of the other hand. I usually take that approach to some degree because I've shot my pump into my left testicle a time or two (it was the largest thing in my scrotum and prominently displayed but now it hides above and behind the pump). As someone here said once, when the pump slips out of your fingers, it will make you "SEE STARS". It can also make one bend over due like getting kicked in the jewels.

I think if you try holding the tubing as my doctor instructed me to do, you will have a more secure grip and it won't slip and launch itself on you.
