Implants need to have various thicknesses like they do for length

I don't know, I think it should be beneficial for the Dr. To know you're current size and I get the impression he didn't really seem to think it matters.

As I believe Kramer pointed out in one video (or maybe it was Perito), regardless of the surgeon, the only thing that controls the girth or circumference of an implanted penis is the limiting factor of the tunica albuginea and the maximum inflation diameter of the implants. The implant can only expand as much as the tunica and other tissues allow it to expand. In my personal example posted previously, where all calculated results derived from online calculators, my implants expand to approximately 17.145 mm where their maximum expansion is 18 mm. If I had a Titan whose max expansion was 20 mm, I would still only get a maximum expansion of approximately 17.145 mm because that's as much as my penis will allow each cylinder to expand.

He did care and I I think that dr Kramer is right. All you can do is research doctors and implants and hope for the best. I just want more options. They are using instruments to measure our lengths but not our girths, and why is that? I think it’s because the skilled surgeon knows what he has to use to mold the clay. He has a munufacture who thinks that length is the only thing and not that girth can be a better measure of a man. We need to give the skilled surgeon better/ more options to work with. What if you have a tapper in your penis, hows they going to play out with a cylinder? The doctors can only do so much. I want people to want better implants.

Also thank you waynetho for proving your much better at math then me hah. But when it all plays out who can really know what the final product will be?

@ lostsheep from other posts I denote you are a veteran ass well as a engineer? Do you think younger people with multiple revisions could benefit from better more custom implants? I’m 35 and i do enjoy my implant and it think under better mental health I would enjoy it even more. At the same time at my age with the prospect of multiple revisions I would like the industry’s aims to be high with better implants that satisfy on all levels looks/size/placement. Not only size is a amount of length but sometimes girth is the most prominent appearance to a erection. And let’s not just stop there let’s make these things TRY to countour to what our dicks actually look like.

if I have a girth of 11.5 cm (4.5 inches) can I count on titan touch? Or will it not fit my girth?

It all depends on the internal dimensions of the corpora cavernosa and how well they can be dilated to accept the larger diameter Titan implant.

There is a chap on here who recently got a titan with 4.5inch girth. It wasn't a problem.
Implanted with AMS 700 lgx, 2021.
