As far as the dry ashy skin of your penis and scrotum, I had some of this as well. I believe it's nothing more than a dermatitis from the new stretched skin that isn't used to being. My scrotum was the worst because the pump kept that area distended and caused it to drag in the bottom of my briefs. I don't have that issue anymore since I no longer wear briefs. In public I'm regimentally kilted and at home I'm nude so no briefs or other underwear.
My penis had some similar degree of dry and sometimes cracking skin early on, also I believe was dermatitis. It resolved on its own as well, with time. You might ask your doctor if some sort of lotion might be okay to use for the dry skin. If you're completely healed I can't see any reason you couldn't treat your dry skin/dermatitis with some sort of lotion.

I agree with you and Waynetho that it is some skin reaction. You might be allergic to a certain medication. Since the dry skin is peeling off now, it looks like things will go back to normal soon. I believe nothing to worry about regarding the implant. Keep on warm showers and continue inflating to the point it starts to feel pain, and increase gradually.

Re: Just got implanted. Questions for people who remember what post-op feels like
Thank you. You guys make a good point I didn't really think of. Probably more likely that it's just dermatitis on my penis, because the dermatitis on other parts of my body occurred the same day. It was worrying to see at the time, but I think it's getting better. Now I know to warn future doctors I may have an allergy to certain antibiotics.
I'm 3 weeks in today, about the time the doctor allows trying it for sexual activity. I'm still waiting for some moderate amount of dermatitis to heal before testing it.
Well, with my photos shared here, now you all know what my penis looks like. That makes us bionic brothers lol.

Keep in mind that your Titan was probably soaked in liquid antibiotic prior to implantation too. I know the InhibiZone coating on the AMS models has Rifampin antibiotic in the mix but it's anybody's guess what the doctor used on the Titan implant since it isn't coated already from Coloplast.

Some of that may just be his anatomy. If you've seen my pictures, I've got what many call a big mushroom head glans. I've always had it and it's the same now as before implant, whether it's engorged or not.

Re: Just got implanted. Questions for people who remember what post-op feels like
Age 34 (for the guy who asked). I guess my glan size may be a bit above average, but not so much that I ever noticed. May just be the pic angle. Those pics were in the deflate state.
Happy to say that what appeared to be dermatitis from an antibiotic allergy is now looking like it’s 60% better. Perineum/scrotal area still a itchy but i try not to itch. On my own, I finally decided to test out if I still have the sensitivity to orgasm post-op, and happy to report success! As a few asked, I’ll take some measurements while aroused to compare it to preop. Finally feeling hopeful.
1) Main issue is I still have moderate-severe constipation 3-4 weeks in, to the point where there’s alittle blood. Barely took painkillers in the 1st week, so not sure why. Hoping itll get better with increased probiotic/fiber/water intake, as I can’t deal with this for many more months.
2) While deflated, on the right side of my shaft near the glans, there is a big bump from the cylinders. It mostly goes away when inflated, so I dont care much. Because of that, a woman can tell something is up if she touches me in the deflated state. Can women easily tell if you’re deflated as well?
3) Titan isnt comfortable in the deflate state but tolerable. Gets better? I heard AMS is comfortable in deflate state.
4) Preop, I know we cant pee while erect. Is that true postop as well? Dont want to damage cylinders. I only ask because I sometimes get the urge to urinate while I’m cycling for 30min a day, and it’s annoying to deflate just to pee, then inflate again to finish the 30min of cycling.

The blood is likely from straining. It took me several weeks to a month or longer to get my bowels back in order after surgery and I took very few Tramadol. I used a 9 oz enema douche bulb filled with warm water. Don't use cold because of can cause cramping and don't use hot because it is, well... HOT.

I was sent home 70% inflated following surgery. Other than how to angle my dick, I had no problem peeing. But then, I've always been able to pee with a hard on. I wasn't deflated at any time for several days.

I had whole body itchiness after my implant, was that uncomfortable the surgeon changed the antibiotic I was on. Minor improvement but was glad to finish them at 10 days post op. Also had skin peeling off scrotum which cleared up in a week. Wether it was the post surgery antibiotics or the in hospital antibiotic drips, (had 4 or 5 of those), I dont know. Maybe the high level of antibiotics I had after surgery caused the itch, not necessarily an allergy to them.
I was also 60% inflated for 5 weeks after surgery, no problems urinating.
