As far as “a blood filled dick” being better....that’s tough for me to say. I have no way of knowing. Was I born this way? Did I injure something falling out of a tree or trying to ride a bike off a shed roof or attempting junior bull riding? Beats the hell out of me. All I know is when I hit puberty, I got plenty of erections. They’d last all of a minute or two. I had no idea that was abnormal.

Lol when I first started getting sexually active, it seldom took more than a minute or two. It wasn’t until after I got married that I ran into reality and discovered that a 3 minute egg might be okay, but a 1 minute boner wasn’t.

So yeah, I’m biased. This “alien device” to me represents the pinnacle of Medical achievement. It gets hard, it stays hard, I can use my pelvic floor muscles to make it twitch, it feels like it’s throbbing right as I get ready to shoot. So maybe it’s a lack of a proper frame of reference when I declare my implant to be absolutely terrific.

If you are on this site, chances are good that “a blood filled dick” is becoming more difficult to acquire. If pills or shots are working, I doubt that any sane person would say “go have surgery” for the sake of convenience. But if shots or pills are giving you sporadic or less than satisfactory outcomes, the implant is not a thing to be scared of.

Just wondering, your info says you've been using pills and injections for 30+ years. Were you not able to get a blood filled dick erection during that span? And therefore you should be able to compare it to an implant erection?

I could be wrong but I don't think the loss of spontaneity is an issue. Out of all the different ED solutions, I would think implants offer the best spontaneous erections. My concern has always been how do erections feel post implant as compared to before. I've read various comments on this but I still don't get a really good picture. Some say it feels the same as before the implant. Then others say nothing compares to a "blood filled dick". Then I read about floppy glans, loss of sensation, it's harder to cum, etc. And therefore that makes me somewhat reluctant to go with an implant.
I am the "Nothing beats a blood filled dick" guy. I had sex over 20,000 times till prostate cancer killed my erections. The doc told me all my nerves were removed. Trimix gave a good blood filled erection but I was allergic to it. Extreme pain. It was only 9 months from good healthy erections till my implant. I remember good healthy sex and an implant doesn't do it, but it is better than nothing. Try everything else first, is my suggestion.

Ah, so you are the "Nothing beats a blood filled dick" guy. I'll have to remember that. lol Thanks for clearing this up a bit further and also thanks for your suggestion. And kudos to you for keeping track and having sex over 20,0000 times. That's having sex everyday for 55+ years! Nice. :)

I'll have to admit, at 3 weeks post, I was asking WTF did I do. I've got a 2 lbs fishing weight in my scrotum and sitting, driving, and pants aren't what they were before. I'm now 9 weeks and getting use to the new me. I have to say with all earnest, I wish I had done this years ago. Sex is amazing with the ability to go like the ever ready bunny. In the past, 15 minutes actual was a marathon; now its way over a hour plus or until she becomes sore. Sensations are now remarkable and renewed. Although I'm 2 inches less than before, 5 Inches seems to work pretty well. I'm optimistic my upcoming Suprapubic fat pad reduction, lift, and scrotum web reduction gives me back another inch. Will know after 1 Oct.

I believe my wife regrets the implant. We used it one time and she did not take to it. Personally I have no regrets, but would like to take it for a 2nd spin.

Ive noticed that women seem less enthusiastic than the men.

Women tend to be less utilitarian than men and the arousal process is very important to them

Menopause is brutal to some women. The drop in estrogen can cause the female tissue to atrophy & the skin to get thin & brittle. This leads to painful sex. Some women don't need to get their pussy's hurt very many times before they will slam the door shut. Men aren't the only gender that nature deals a shitty hand to with age. Just remember that for when you get older.

no regrets, zero.. It is better than my original dick since I had both premature ejaculatin and erectile dysfunction. this is a huge improvement since I can go for an hour if the woman would let me.

The only regret is that my woman is over 60, so her vagina cannot take the aggressive pounding that I want to dish out. Also the titan girth might be a bit much for her---maybe. Sometimes , thoigh, her gasp of pleasure really gets me going when I penetrate with my big bionic member.

so, no regrets

Agree with GT1956 and Tangerine. A lot of men with no ED or PE issues also complain about wives do not have the sex drive they expect. With the implant, we become (HORNY), and want to have sex everyday, after years of drought. Also with ED before implant some women lost interest and got used to living without sex. This might not change after implant, or may take time to adapt.

Nah man. That’s bs.
People like authenticity and people who stand by their story, nothing more nothing less.
Women are not an alien species but like honesty and a charming partner (and a hard penis) just like us.
