Tramadol is known for increasing ejaculation latency time and, depending on the dose, killing libido.
Well, I had sex while on Tramadol and I couldn't cum at all. But the worst: sex was shit. No libido and no blood filled penis. It was fucking strange.
My conclusion is: it doesn't matter if you have an implant. You still need blood flowing in your penis.
The upside is that with an implant, whether or not YOU orgasm, your partner has something to ride. Pleasureing her was (almost?) more important to me than the pleasure I got.
For decades, thrilling my partner was just not possible. Now, I can be ready (erect) to do that regardless. It is no disappointment that for me not to orgasm is fairly rare (less than half of our sexual encounters leave me un-cumming).
