Essentially what Smetro said.
Absent complications in your surgery, surgical incompetence, complicating conditions of your anatomy or misadventure during recover, your size a couple months post-op should be virtually identical to your size the day before surgery.
After all, the implant merely replaces non-functioning erectile tissue with an inflatable tube of approximately the same size and shape. When inflated, it should fill the void just the same as your original tissues did.
(Note: there is some question of girth, but as far as length is concerned, I believe my statement is as true as it gets in the vast majority of cases.)
I'm a grower. Can I expect the same size after implant?
