How about hardness and girth before operation

Sure, I'll keep this thread updated about the sex experience. I feel the erect penis has sufficient rigidity for any kind of sexual position, though out of the many doctors i had contacted few told me to avoid woman on top.

The hardness i would say is on par or better than I had in my early days. The length remains on par with before implant 6.25" but i think i may have lost few mms on girth, i never really accurately measured my girth because i would loose my erection quickly. But doctor measured post implant and was 5.7" which sounded about what i had earlier.

Yes, when I was researching about getting my implant done, I found no first hand detailed experiences. Just success stories from doctors and few patient references who were not very open about their experience. I had to jump into being operated hoping for the best and trusting the little research I did.

The penis doesn't look very different from day 5 except for the bandages removed.

Great looking knob. One question, just out of curiosity: I know the axial rigidity of malleable implants has been shown to be as good as or better than a natural hard-on, but how is the radial (top to bottom) rigidity? Can you hang a towel on it when it's bent upward?

Are you saying the head of his dick will become less sensitive over time because it's exposed and not covered by foreskin? If so, I'm not sure that's the case. Otherwise, every circumcised bro would have the same issue, which clearly isn't the case.

By the way, did you consider going with Dr Vijayant Govinda Gupta or Dr Ashish Sabharwal ? If so, what made you go with Dr Raman Tanwar? And what was the total cost for the procedure?

By less sensitive I did not mean in terms of sexual pleasure. I meant less sensitive to touching clothing and other external stuff that can cause irritation.
