Guys, I’ll be the first to say that if I need to replace my implant every 10-15 years so be it. I had no ability to have penetrative sex at all because of ED VL. I can now have sex every day and my male ego has NEVER been better. I had atrophy(shrinkage) that was bothersome and uncomfortable. Now I have a beautiful looking flaccid dick and a rock hard erection on demand. I wouldn’t trade this for anything.

Sorry but confused. If it's the pump that goes bad, then isn't it possible to just replace the pump only (for less cost and less pain)? Or must the entire unit be replaced instead of only a piece of the unit?

Well, first in most circumstances the entire replacement unit is free. Kind of like an AC unit, parts but not labor. Of course the labor with IPP surgery is the huge cost. Second I had my pump only replaced even though the doc wanted to replace pump and cylinders. I see their point though faster to just replace it all then to put on a new pump and then have to start all over for a full replacement when just the pump doesn't work.

Right. Was advised to get the Titan, and told it has lifetime replacement. Therefore, I get your point. Surgery in a month from today.
